Great cold pack!!!
I broke my foot and every night I wrap this cold pack around my foot and elevate it!! It’s really helping the healing process! I purchased four more of them!!! My son had leg surgery and used one wrapped around his leg and my husband pulled a back muscle and wrapped it around his back! Highly recommend!!!

Great product
I've had this for almost a year now and it still works great. The only issue I have is with the strap because it tends to move because of the plastic piece that it's attached to. In other words it's annoying because the strap will slide to one side and be scrunched up and not flat and be able to move

Very effective pain and stiffness relief
This is the second TheraPearl Hot & Cold Pack I've used. Great versatility and comfortable to wear. I've used it exclusively for heat. New and improved is the temperature indicating beads which change color to let you know exactly where on the belt the beads are heating up quickly--or cooling.I highly recommend this product!

Versatile indeed
They did not send the item pictured, but a round version with a center hole for use on a knee. However, it works for the use I needed it for, and I would order another if I could be sure of getting the right one.

Didn't last long
I love this ice wrap, but 3 days after the return window, a side seam came open and gel beads are falling out.UPDATE: I replaced the wrapwith a new one and now this one has split a hole and is leaking beads.

Flexible and Comfortable
I've been trying to find a flexible ice pack for my back and this one is excellent. Others that claimed they were flexible really weren't. They never molded to my back and they ended up causing me more pain. This one could use to stay cold a little longer, but other than that is perfect. Comfortable and easy to use and really helps!

Great wrap!
Love this wrap. It hits all the right spots on my arthritic knee. I have also discovered it's a good size for a headache as well when my migraine hit. I really love being able to strap something on. There is nothing more irritating than having an ice pack continually fall off when you're icing an injury. I've only used it cold, so I cannot comment on the heat aspect.

This was recommended to me for my post op knee surgery... it is the best wraps my knee and stays cold. Ordered a second to be able to rotate ...
