Nice ropes , lightweight , I like that you can alter the length of the time to suit your own size and good that they come with 2 ropes . They turn nicely in your hands .Downside is that they still give you that whip on the back of the legs when you don’t time your jump properly. Ouch

I've not skipped since I was a child, I'm now 45 but certainly not unfit! I brought this rope purely on the reviews alone and I'm not disappointed at all. It's a brilliant rope!Don't read other reviews and think you won't be able to use this rope if your new to skipping, I'm new to skipping and I love this rope.After resizing it a few times I've now got it perfect for me, it's a speed rope and so very light, it doesn't tangle at all due to the ball bearings in the handle which give a perfect smooth rotation every time.After a few stops and starts I'm now doing around 1000 reps in about 10 minutes, this has taken me about 4 days to achieve and as I said before I'm new to this. I also brought a dope rope which is a heavier beaded rope and I must admit I hate that rope compared to this one.Its a bonus that you get a spare rope, bag etc. I also brought a basic 6mm gym mat to skip on, i use the mat both inside and out on my patio, this rope isn't to be used on concrete etc it will wear down very quickly.

Love it! They are just like the pictures announced... note that once you adjust the height you have to cut the rope (not like those that has a button and you can pass through the excess rope inside the handle)...One suggestion I would make is for them to share the instructions to adjust the height with the product... as I am new to crossfit and jumping ropes I had no clue how to adjust it and I had to Google it...Prior to buying this I was only using the ropes available at my crossfit... and i was never able to do double unders.... the first day using this one I got it!!! Super happy with that!!

Didn’t actually use it but I ordered it wanting to use it outside but the label said it is not for outside use so don’t buy if you will use it outside. Has to send it back

Got this to replace an old one that I received as a free gift from another purchase and wasn't sure if it was good quality. Compared to old one maybe this is slighlty faster but can't see a difference so either my old one was already better quality than I realizd or both are just ok. Other than it does the job and the red colour is pretty. The handles may be small for someone with large hands though. I am on the small side but do prefer the larger handles on my old rope
