Nordic Ware Naturals Eighth Sheet, 2-Pack

I have time in my mornings, but never have much time for dinner prep by the end of the day so after I make our breakfasts in the morning, I get a head start and prep as much as I can for dinner. I bought 3 of these to use as prep trays and they are just great for that. There are 2 (sometimes 3) in our household and these trays are a great size. Most of the time, I use these for vegetable prep, but I also use them for my proteins. Proteins can sit in seasonings or marinades, or just rest after being cleaned or cut. What's nice about using it for proteins, is that if roasting or baking, I don't even have to transfer to (and dirty) another pan. The pan can go straight from the refrigerator right into the oven. These are thick enough that they conduct and retain heat and do not warp at all. * * I know all toaster ovens are different, but we have the Breville convection oven and 2 of these trays fit perfectly side-by-side. I also like that the edges of these are rolled and don't flare out. What this means is that they stack very well and are also very space efficient. I looked at several other pans of the same size that have flared handholds on the sides. Though convenient, these flared handles take up space in the refrigerator and make them a little more cumbersome to store. I definitely couldn't get 2 into our Breville if the sides flared out even a little. I've thrown these into the dishwasher, as well as scrubbed them by hand. Slight scratches have appeared, but nothing that's more than aesthetic.

THIS IS NOT DISHWASHER SAFE! I am surprised to see so many bad reviews about this because they didn't know it's not for dish washer... just like any raw stainless steel pans are, it will be damaged if you do. Please be sure it's something you want and don't blame the product cause...it's perfect small tray for baking, cooking, BBQ, food plating and more! We bought 4 of these years back and had to get more for the conveniency over using plates - Especially for hosting a BBQ and baking multiple side dishes! Size is compact and very small, like a one person portion plate, but that means it's even more multi-purposes! We even use it for making focaccia bread since this size is perfect for making focaccia without too much leftover. We tend to hand wash all stainless steel trays we have, and these little trays are light and easy to hand wash, even if you have sticky stuff it's easy to clean after soaking it. We love it that we ordered 5 more and gave some to family members. I recommend these trays!

This little pan is very useful. Great quality and the perfect size for cooking for 1 or 2 people.

These small 1/8th sheet pans get used almost daily - or anytime I'm making a meal that has food prep. In fact I use them so much I have found myself buying another one, and then another one. This latest is my 4th of the same pan. ;-) While most people use small bowls for food prep, these small sheets have replaced them in my kitchen. I tend to put all the pieces that go into a step together in one of these 1/8 sheets. For example, in the 1st 1/8 sheet I have diced onion, diced carrot, diced celery, in a second one I have sliced peppers, in a third I have cubes of meat, etc. They are also great for fast freezing berries and fruit. I place hulled, washed strawberries that I'm not going to eat now on a sheet, with the berries separated from each other. Because of the small pan size, I can easily find a spot (or spots) in my freezer to fit them. And maybe it's my imagination because I never actually timed it, but they seem to freeze faster on these 1/8 sheets than on the big 1/2 sheet. Once frozen, I put the berries in a ziploc bag to use for smoothies or shakes at another time. Freezing the berries first on the sheets, makes them a lot easier to retrieve when I take them out of the bag in the freezer for later use. And I use them all the time to hold meat or fish wrapped in butcher's paper - just in case the meat or fish leaks. I've also used them for quick marinades of fish filets in milk. Perfect for that task. They are great as a catch-all to prevent leak spillage in the fridge, or counter, or wherever. I haven't used them for baking. Not yet, anyway. The rolled edge should prevent them from badly warping. Let's just say they look at least as sturdy as the 1/2 sheets that are my 'go-to" for baking. Love them. Would recommend.

I needed a couple small sheet pans for use in my GE Profile indoor smoker. These are good quality pans, but I was concerned about them being made of aluminum. Generally, I line pans with aluminum foil with the dull side up since this prevents aluminum poisoning. These are smaller than I wanted and I found a couple made of stainless steel that were a bit larger and I feel are safer to use. Most often aluminum is not nonstick, and stainless steel is easier to clean. I believe these pans are a good value for the money, but decided to keep the stainless pans since I found racks that fit them perfectly. Since I didn't need more pans to store, I decided to return these sheet pans.

I am a big fan of Nordic Ware naturals. They are sturdy and made in the USA. And these two pans are a great size for my toaster oven.

These are the perfect size for cooking 1 or 2 servings in the toaster oven, and if you are flouring fish or meat they also work great for that. I like to line them with a piece of aluminum foil before using in the oven because then cleanup is as easy as recycling the foil sheet.

Achtung! Gute Qualtität aber nur ein Blech! Dafür ist es etwas teuer! Produktbeschreibung ist unübersichtlich und irreführen.

I never thought I would reach out for this tray everyday. It's become essential for me. This tray is just the right size, easy to grab, light and sturdy. I don't only use it for baking small batches but to hold ingredients while weighing. It does everything that a plate could and I can drop it without fearing breakage. I never knew how I survived without this tray!

Muy bonitas pero se me hicieron muy pequeñas para el precio. Aun así me sirvieron pero sí le erré en el tamaño, pensé que por el precio iban a ser un poco más grandes.
