Bought this for my RV that has a propane cooktop. I have a propane camp stove. But the RV also has exterior electrical outlets. We prefer to cook and eat outdoors when camping even when we have full hook-ups. Cooking with propane canisters is a lot more expensive than electric. This double burner is perfect for what we use it for. It doesn’t take up much storage space. It cooks more consistently and faster than my propane camp stove. We are extremely happy with this purchase. And the price point is really good for what we got with this product.

UPDATE 2/1/21: Folks, I'm sorry if I'm gushing, but I gotta tell you, this little stove is AWESOME. Really..... I've been using it at least 4 days a week and it's really neat. It heats up super fast, and once you learn to use it ( the knobs have numbers 1-4 on them), it's pretty simple to gauge your cooking. I've used stainless steel griddles, cast iron,. an enamel Dutch oven on this, and it works really well. I can't recommend this enough. Inexpensive and really works...... Guys, my gas needed to be turned off for a month (urghhh) so I panicked and purchased this item, an insta pot and pulled out my old Crock Pot. Anyway, I gotta tell you, THIS was a life saver... Yes, cooking on an electric stove is a bit different ( you really gotta watch stuff because it's tough to estimate when the coils are hot..), but honestly, I have absolutely no complaints. The unit heats up really quickly, and the knobs do turn on and off based on the non descriptive settings 1-5 ( i.e. when I see stuff boiling, like lentils, I turn the knob down to 1 or 2. The light turns on and off every few minutes as the temp adjusts....). Although it feels kinda cheap and flimsy, it's very lightweights and it works well and is serving its purpose. This was an excellent purchase during my emergency and well worth it. I'm keeping this baby.

I’m having a kitchen remodel and don’t have any appliances. This is working out perfectly. I can set it up on a portable table or when they are getting messy in my kitchen area I can fry up food or eggs in my bedroom. The bottom gets a little hot if frying for a while. I can boil water so I can do pasta or rice. It is very light. The one burner is slightly less hot but is still wonderful. I’m very happy with this product. It’s the 1700 heat. I found a set of grill liners at Valu that I put under for heat protection and for spillage/crumbs.

Decent little table top stove if only need for a couple of weeks. I bought it because my kitchen has been gutted due to a plumbing leak. Cleaning it is difficult. Heating elements do not detach so cleaning under them is too much trouble. I cleaned the stove & temperature nobs using a soft wash cloth with very warm water and a dab of liquid dish soap. I’ve only cleaned the nobs a couple of times and the numbers on them have come off. Now, I have to guess at how hot I’m making it and it’s caused me to burn some foods I was cooking. With no numbers on the nobs for temperature it’s a guess when I’m turning it on and trying to set the temp. Maybe the manufacturer has replacement nobs but I only paid about $20 for this stove and if the nobs are $10 and will again lose the numbers on them for the temperature then it’s not worth it. Better off buying a better quality one the first time.
