Review: Solid Wireless Mouse. - This mouse is awesome! Before I bought the Mamba Wireless I used to own a Wired Deathadder Elite, but I noticed that sometimes clicks wouldn't register, so I knew it was time to upgrade. I decided to go wireless this time so that I wouldn't have to deal with anymore cables (Apart from the charging cable), and I think I made a very good choice. For those that complain about the amount of time you get for a full charge, this issue is completely mitigated if you charge the mouse every night before you go to sleep, which is what I do. Every morning I wake up, I have a full charge ready to go. Other than that, the ergonomics for me at least are a bit off since I have slightly bigger hands, but I can still manage with it. Apart from being a great gaming mouse (With all the programmable buttons, profiles, DPI stages, etc etc), it works nicely as a good general purpose mouse. I only have two nitpicks, 1 is that sometimes the lights change when I don't want it to, but I suspect this just might be a result of Synapse 3 not working well, and my other nitpick is how the mouse behaves when you plug it in to charge: - When the charging cable is plugged in directly to the computer and you plug the mouse in, it turns off for a second or two and then comes back on, to which you can continue to use it normally. - When the charging cable is not plugged into the computer (maybe via a brick in an outlet or a power strip that has USB ports (this is how I charge my mouse)), even if the mouse is on, the mouse will turn off and not turn back on. Strange behavior, but concerning how I never use it plugged in but wireless (that's the point, isn't it?), I have had no problems. Overall, I got this mouse on sale for $45, and I think it was a great choice. I would definitely recommend this mouse for others to use.
Review: The Mamba Elite is actually elite - I had a Razer V2 Basilisk until it broke so I decided to upgrade to the Mamba Elite. The Mamba Elite is very light and easier to handle compared to my old V2 and even the more expensive Viper model. You can customize it pretty easily to with the Razer app, my only complaint would be I can't adjust the wheel to be overly stiff like I can the V2 but that only matters if you like that feature. All in all it's a great mouse and worth the few extra bucks.

## Questions & Answers

**Q: Does the new mamba have the same problem that the tournament did with the sensor jumping?**
A: No. The Mamba TE has that problem because it has a laser sensor. Jumps happen frequently on smooth and reflective surfaces I noticed. Optical doesn't have this problem outside of potential manufacturing issues or a broken sensor.

**Q: Can I switched between wired and wireless with the wireless one?**
A: Yes, Mamba Wireless can be used as a wired mouse with the included USB cable.

**Q: is there an on and off switch on the bottom?**
A: Yes. The switch does not need to be used for wired mode, either.

**Q: can you change color of the logo?**
A: Yes, there's a way to change the color using the app that the mouse comes with. By default it changes to a few different colors in a cycle (it's kinda neat).

Great gaming mouse fairly simple buttons but love the color scheme. Its wired but that doesn't bother me. I've had this mouse for awhile now no problems.
