My daughter has been en pointe for 7 years, and now is an apprentice at a ballet company. Jet Glue, properly applied, will literally save you hundreds of dollars if your daughter goes through a lot of pointe shoes. Last year, it was about 15 pairs, and it seems that the glue makes them last about twice as long. That's $1,200 in one year!

We love the smaller bottles. These really are a better value. They won't harden as quick as the larger bottle. It's easy to use and makes her pointe shoes more durable.

Jet is my preferred craft glue for beading, assemblage and models. It has a consistencies similar to water. It sets very quickly and is very versatile. It will stick most things together very firmly, and stiffen fabrics. Just avoid getting it on yourself, or clothing and definitely avoid inhaling it. I would suggest using it in a well ventilated area or using a dust mask.

Works great for pointe shoe reinforcement! Bottle is clean and easy to use. Wish it had a brush to “paint” the glue onto tricky places in a neater, cleaner fashion.
