Pros- it does control the itching and flaking.Has a cooling sensation after applying which is great.Smell kind of refreshing.It has a gel consistency.Doesn't dry out my hair.Quantity is great for the value.Cons-sometimes it weigh down my hair if I apply too much.Overall i like the product. Ordered again.

I am using these shampoo, conditioner and serum together 2-3 times a week for the past 4 years, and exactly in that order too! The result won't happen overnight for a first time user, but using none other than these together will make a difference.
