Great Wedge for elevating your legs!
I'm very pleased with this wedge. I suffer from low back issues and need to sleep with my knees elevated. I'd been using a Bolster pillow under my knees, but that was causing irritation on my heels because they rested on the bed. This is perfect! My feet hit just beyond the edge, leaving my heels free of any pressure. The size is perfect for me. I'm about 5' 9" tall and when I position the angled side right up to my tailbone, my knees hit perfectly at the top.
