Worst customer support and warranty promised
I had two option while buying washing machine , one is IFB and other is this model . After complete research and price worth analysis . I opt to samsung . Now i think i chose wrong decision since i raised the complaint thrice for not washing proper and residual dust stick to clothes instead of draining from the mashine . But their customer service center representative are not such inteligient to understand the above mentioned problem . I think its manufacturing defect . Now i am calling them and they finding the solution from last 2 months . Waste of time as well as money .

Good Washing Machine
Good product... good service... less noise... design good... 5year warranty I got for 21999 plus cash back of 1660. Only problem with this machine is that when we select normal, rise again after completing 3rinse cycles. When the service technition explained me why It happens. When the rinsing completed the cloths move to one side, then automatically wash happens again before spin starts. He suggested me to spread dresses one by one and start over again... and it worked...

Ticks all the right boxes!
A very good top loader. The new inverter technology makes the machine noticeably quieter during operation and also more energy efficient. Works like a charm; have had no issues so far. A very good value for money.

Semi automatic better than this in terms of motor pressure
Very weak motor..semi automatic washes clothes at much high pressure than this. Clothes are not rotated even for half a circle. They just rotate for 1/4th of circle that too at low pressure

Electronic level bug. Not long lasting
This machine has electronics level bug. The wash & rinse settings goes for multiple loops, just after 10 days of use. Not recommended. Try some other product
