Better than expected
Having wide feet, it's always difficult to find a decent shoe that fits straight out of the box! I needed a pair of smart casual and comfortable shoes for an upcoming family wedding and saw these. Probably a bit more that I would've liked to have paid but I think they're worth it. It wasn't an overnight delivery as they were shipped from the states, no problem there. Can't complain about the time either - ordered on 23rd Jan and delivered on 31st. As far as fit goes, I take a 7.5 however, the Amazon suggestion was that the 9 would fit! I ordered the 8 UK Wide which fits perfectly. The uppers are nice and soft and with the synthetic sole, make for a comfortable fit. Even my wife was (pleasantly) surprised at my choice and congratulated me on choosing a pair of shoes that complimented my suit!! Everyone's a winner...

Comfy loafers
These Clarke's Gessler Step loafers are incredibly comfortable right out of the box. The leather is soft and supple, and the fit is perfect. They look great, too - a classic style that can be dressed up or down. Perfect for everyday wear. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a comfortable and stylish loafer.

Uncomfortable fit
Sizing issues again Clarks, bought size as 10.5 has been hit and miss recently. This time size 11 is too tight for comfort.

Right size but too narrow. Would have been fantastic bargain but didn't fit.

Sole material not recommended
I saw this Clarks product by the sole is made up of plastic material rather than rubber . Trail also not very comfortable/ durable and chances of slipping.

The shoes is comfortable. Looks good. Finish and material quality is good. It is tight to get into so a shoe horn is needed to wear it.
