I’ve gone through a lot of parchment paper over the years, but this silicone-coated baking roll is by far the best I’ve used. The nonstick coating actually works—cookies slide off effortlessly, roasted veggies don’t weld themselves to the sheet pan, and cleanup basically disappears. The roll format is convenient too. I can cut exactly the size I need for oddly shaped pans, and the paper doesn’t curl up at the edges like some cheaper brands do. It also holds up impressively well to high heat without browning or becoming brittle. What surprised me most is its durability. I’ve reused single sheets multiple times when baking light items, and they still look good. If you bake frequently or just hate scrubbing pans, this is one of those products that quietly becomes indispensable. Highly recommend—great quality, fair price, and a big upgrade from standard parchment paper.

Great product for lining tins and bakeware for cooking. Lots on the roll which should last ages. Good value for money.

Excellent parchment. My roast potatoes no longer stick to the bottom of the roasting pan - it’s also great for parcel food cooking, .and wrapping cut lemon. Once you put the cutter on correctly the paper tears easily. The paper is thick enough not to tear when wrapping difficult foods.

The best non stick baling paper I have ever used. I am not usually this effusive - but this baking paper is fantastic! So easy to use, great packaging which makes getting to it so easy. Pull it up, cut and go. I keep it on the top of the fridge, take it down when I need it - every morning when I bake some croissants - and it woks beautifully. I've never raved about baking paper before but this one is superb!
