to day i started the magic pill of magnecium citrate 400 and my tummy is feeling very calm and hope good for future

This is 4 month review. I have a svt problem from last 5 years. My heart rate was 180 BPM to 250 bpm. Doctor told me to take a heart procezure punchure a nerve in heart . Cathder ablation. But Dr Sanjay Gupta told me take magnesium . I start taking this solgar brand from last four years . And my heart pulpitations just run away. I living my life normal. This is a true review. Good product, helps with reducing anxiety and insomnia issues due to stress. Causes loose bowels if taken everyday at full dose, so I take it on alternate days. Or it can be taken at half dose daily if the full dose doesn't suit you, experiment and see. Bottle arrived in good condition, with original seal. Expiry date is for 2018 so I am satisfied. Not happy about the product containing titanium dioxide (Solgar Usuallt doesn't have additives but I think they add this to make the tablets appear White) but I wanted to try a reputed brand so I went for it. Big drawback : Very expensive compared to its original price in the west (you can do a simple Google search for checking this), so that is the only drawback. For me it's a prohibitive one, hence the three stars. Wish it was closer to its original pricing of twelve US dollars, I would have been very happy to order it myself repeatedly. I was desperate for insomnia relief so I decided to spend huge amounts for one time to try the product and I'm glad it works for me, but ordering it regularly at such high prices is just not feasible, as I need to take this long term. For now I am trying to find other options to source this from abroad now (from visiting relatives or colleagues, but it's not easy) as the bottle only last two months. If you're super rich with an unlimited budget and spending three times (!) the original price of this product is not an issue for you, go ahead and try this for anxiety. But check with your doctor first, Magnesium can be toxic in large doses! PS : If like me you want to be able to order this hassle free from India, try to mail Amazon India to include these products in the Amazon Global Buy store, where imported products don't have hidden charges and you only pay for customs and import duty. I hope this happens, this will make my life easier, it's no fun asking others to get this from abroad for me! Update : I am seeing excellent results in increased energy after using this supplement, have found this very effective for improving Chronic Fatigue Syndrome/ Fibromyalgia symptoms. (Magnesium helps with energy production in the cells of the body, lack of Magnesium is suspected to be one of the causes of CFS/Fibro). But I had a bad bout of upset tummy for a few days once my body's magnesium stores were replenished after about three weeks, had to drastically reduce my dosage after a while. Still, very happy I tried this product, did not expect such dramatic results. If you have CFS/Fibro/Adrenal Fatigue with low energy/insomnia/anxiety/Depression, go ahead and try this!
