MERACH New 3-in-1 Mini Stepper with Large Stride & Shock Pad Design

VERY easy to assemble. Simple, straight forward way to use. Been using it since it got here and it's very sturdy, has great resistance to support a steady workout. I'm a bit out of shape so I started off with 20 mins at a time, 2x a day. I make sure to stretch beforehand so my legs don't get all cramped up. It works great as I can feel the burn in my thighs & calves. Haven't used the arm bands too much but they work pretty good too. Love that it doesnt take up much space at all so when Im done ita easily put away. I also appreciate that thw little screen keeps track of thw steps, calories, and time. All in all I'm happy with the purchase and would recommend.

This stair stepper is really easy to use . It is super portable. I keep mine in the closet upstairs and pull it out when needed. The straps help for balance but you do not have to use them. it is one size fits all and so it works for every shoe size and person and helps you with your health and heart rate. You can get a get workout and work up a sweat with this item . Highly recommend if you are looking to help with fitness. Great for the whole family.

I love it! I read tons of reviews and did my own research before deciding to add the mini stepper to my weightloss routine. I had already lost 29lbs with a change in diet and needed to tone and work for the final 16lbs. It was hard at first, 2 minutes only for the 1st couple days and then I moved to 5 minutes. After a few more days I jumped to 10 minutes and 6 weeks in I am at 25 minutes every day. I can definitely tell a difference in my legs and bottom (hubby notices too), my endurance has increased and I have lost 6 more lbs. I watch TV to focus but I do get a little bored. I don't like the bands so I removed them and my stepper has a squeak that is finally starting to go away despite following online directions on how to lubricate it. I like that it is compact and doesn't take much space so it sits on the living room as a glaring reminder to get on it daily but I can easily move it if we are expecting guests. Overall, I have no regrets and I am enjoying the results.

So when I bought this stepper I was at 324lbs and at first I hated it because I wasn't used to it and my body was used to doing too much movement. Please keep in mind that I bought it to use as a low impact form of home therapy because due to my medical treatments on top of my weight I had issues with joint pain and lots of inflammation. Started out on the lowest resistance and used light hand weights versus the bands that came with it, and as I got use to the stepper I went up in resistance. I get a great workout and the stepper is very comfortable as well as durable. It does squeak as you use it, but I just use a bike chain lubrication spray from my local bike shop and it was fine. Please note that it took me a month using it for it to start squeaking. Using this I've reduce a lot of my joint pain and swelling, thought it wasn't my goal at first....I've lost weight and I'm currently 260lbs. This stepper has helped me a lot but I had to also fix my eating habits. I use it twice a day because I'ma bit lazy and don't like to be on there for the whole designated 30 mins (15 mins before work, and 15 mins after work before I head to my water therapy sessions or before I settle down to paint on certain days). I use this stepper 4 days a week

I like the stepper a lot! It gives me a good workout without leaving my living room, it’s easy to store away, it’s not too noisy, and it’s easy to use! The arm bands are nice because you can get a good little arm workout in as well. My only issue is that the step tracker is not accurate at all and sometimes i can’t even get the screen to work. It would be nice if I could see how many steps I get in per work out but I suppose I can get a watch to track that. HOWEVER, the tracker not being accurate was not enough for me to return it and I continue to use my stepper almost everyday.

EDIT TO ADD: it does this weird clicking noise when I step and it feels like the step piece shifts a bit so I don’t use it as much. If you have music in your ear it might not be a huge issue. Not sure about the shifting though. I genuinely thought it was just supposed to do that but then I’ve been seeing videos on TikTok with this stepper that don’t make that noise. If I had realized that, I would have returned it when I first bought it. It’s been doing this since I bought it. Super easy to use, fairly lightweight, and works well! The counter is awesome for keeping track of how many steps you’ve done. I really like the scan feature of the counter cuz then I can see all the different counts like time, number, calories etc. Adjusting the resistance of the steps is super is easy to do and boy do you feel it! This stepper may be small but it will make your sweat!

I had my second baby almost a year ago. The baby weight piled on a lot faster and dude to me having a desk job has decided to stay and hang out! When I tell you this thing is legit, I mean it! I literally only did it for 5 minutes and was dying! I’m hoping by consistently doing it every day and increasing the time by a minute every few days I’ll be able to lose some weight, or at least have a nice butt!! Haha! But on a serious note it is so convenient and easy to put away so it’s not in the way. I have it next to the recliner and I have consistently used it the past 3 days. It has a little screen that’s kind of hard to see while in use but it can count your time and steps. Mine did lag a little so I have to set a timer on my phone because the first day it decided to stop timing me halfway through. Not a big deal since I don’t really care how many step or calories I’ve burned more so I can get off my butt and do some workouts. All in all though I really love it and for the price I can’t complain.

I bought this stepper because it advertised the stepper’s height as 12 inches, and I was excited to finally find a mini stepper with plenty of range. However, the actual height range between the two pedals is only 5.2 inches once you step on it. This is worse than standard mini steppers, which are usually around 7 to 8 inches high. The quality of the product is solid and great, but the height range is my only complaint, and that is why I had to return it.
