Perfect right out of the box.
The autodetection and pre-set settings are perfect on this. I've printed a bunch of Capra comfort straps and a headband with it. They all came out perfect.

Nice deep yellow TPU, but watch the spool feed path
(review of Snapmaker TPU 95A HF Filament, Yellow) I printed this straight from the package on my Bambu X1C using the Bambu TPU 95A HF settings. The first print went well, with only some minor stringing. I live in a humid area, especially in the summer, so I am constantly drying filament before use. I suspect the stringing could be cleaned up with a proper drying cycle and a little temperature tuning. The color is a saturated deeper yellow, almost like egg yolk. It is not a pale or pastel yellow, which I liked for the part I printed. In terms of flexibility, this behaves like other 95A TPU filaments I have used. If you print with a normal number of walls and typical infill, the part has some give, but it is not especially rubbery. To get a more flexible result, I had better luck reducing infill below 10%, keeping top and bottom layers to 3 or fewer, and using 2 walls. With those settings, the prints are much more pliable. My first print went smoothly, but the next print had several failures because the filament got wedged at the edge of the spool. With harder filaments, those little sticking points usually clear when the printer keeps pulling. With TPU, the filament stretches instead, so the printer just starts printing air. There was no clog; the filament simply stopped reaching the nozzle. The fix was to reposition my spool holder and feed the filament from underneath the spool instead of over the top. After that, it behaved much better. That is worth knowing if your printer setup has any extra friction in the filament path. Iโm happy with the filament, but TPU is still TPU. It prints well once the feed path is sorted out, but the stretchy nature of the material makes spool handling more important than it would be with PLA or PETG.

My first experience 3D printing TPU with a spool of Snapmaker TPU Filament
I've been trying to step up my 3D printing game by trying some different types of filaments as I find myself printing a lot of trinkets for my kids or doing small repairs lately. I thought I would try this Snapmaker TPU Filament 1.75mm since it certainly qualifies as a unique filament that's way beyond the challenges of standard PLA. I just got a new 3D printer that has a direct feed filament head as that is required to print TPU. After receiving my Snapmaker TPU in 95A HF Red, a super bright color red, I saw the spool was nicely vacuumed packed inside the box with a moisture absorber. Now TPU really loves moisture so after opening I put it in the drier at 55 degrees for 5 hours just to make sure it was completely dry before printing with it. I kind of crossed my fingers at that point and used my 3D printers default slicer settings for TPU and ran the print. 4 hours later I was happily playing with my new TPU figurine. It's so squishy and stretchy! I can't wait to try and print some bracelets with this or maybe even a pair of shoes. The ideas for using this Snapmaker TPU Filament is endless. So a few things I found that I had to do to print with it for anyone else ready to take the plunge. I was unable to run the filament through my multi-roll automatic filament device as the soft filament got caught in the gears which I found out the hard way. I had to hang the filament to the single spool holder on the side of the printer and bypass the filament splitter and run it directly into the 3D printer head. This filament is a lot easier to handle though than PLA on the spool and it doesn't get tangled or spring around and it won't break on you. I recommend checking with the manufacturer of your 3D printer if you are unsure if you're able to run TPU filament through it. I also noticed some stringing between portions, especially in wide gaps, of the print but the Snapmaker TPU Filament was easy to finish it off. I should be able to clean up the initial prints a little more once I start tweaking with the printer settings, like slow the print speed down, but all TPU is known to string because it's inherently elastic. All I know is for a first attempt with a new filament to a full print, that is as close to perfect as possible, says a lot about the quality and consistency of the Snapmaker TPU Filament. As far as price, a single spool is a little more than standard PLA of the same thickness and weight but it's definitely worth it for the all the new printing opportunities this filament offers. Overall I'm really happy I took a chance and used the Snapmaker TPU for my first attempt with TPU 3D printing. Snapmaker's superior product, especially for a consumable, makes for a repeat customer and I will definitely be one of them. 100% a recommended purchase.

High Quality TPU Filament for 3D Printing, Default Settings Work Great
I'm delighted with how well this Snapmaker TPU filament works. I've used it for a few projects now. It prints beautifully and offers just the right amount of durability and flexibility that you would expect from a premium TPU. I haven't had any issues with stringing or clogging, which can sometimes be a headache with this type of material. The colors are also great, and the filament feels consistent throughout the spool. It adheres well to my build plate and produces very clean layers every time. For anyone looking for reliable TPU filament that just works, I highly recommend Snapmaker. I'll definitely be getting more of this for my future prints.

We love this filament!
We were excited to find this Snapmaker TPU filament at a great price and ordered the green since it was a color we did not already have. The color is bright green and looks the same as in the ad. The filament has a nice appearance once printed, and the spool quality was consistent with what we expect from this brand. The print quality has been great, and the filament is flexible as TPU should be. Adhesion was good once the settings were dialed in. If you are new to 3D printing or have not used this brand before, expect to run a test print to adjust your settings. Once the printer is properly adjusted, things go much more smoothly. We print regularly enough that we usually build in one extra run for complex items to make sure everything is set properly, while simpler prints are usually easier. We prefer this brand for its quality, and this spool lived up to that expectation. One important note: do not forget to pre-dry the filament. TPU is extremely hygroscopic, and Snapmaker recommends drying it at 70ยฐC for 6 hours before use. Overall, this is a good-quality, flexible TPU filament with strong color, good adhesion, and excellent results once your settings are right.

95A TPU filament
I don't use TPU filaments a ton, because I find them somewhat finicky to work with. This is one of the first ones I've had from snapmaker, so I was hoping a different brand would be perhaps easier for me. I did find it better than other brands I have used in the past in most ways. It flowed better through the extruder for one, no clogging throughout a fairly large print. It also stayed adhered to the plate very well and had very minimal stringing as long as I kept the temperature and flow rates fairly low. I could push them a little higher (230ยฐ temp and 10-12 mm^3/sec flow rate) for small and very simple prints. Otherwise it did well on it's own. I tried to print a simple two-color print on my H2C and that did not work, but the other filament was a different kind entirely, and I don't have really any experience doing that so I am not going to hold that against the brand. Altogether I was happy with this, the color at the end was close to the original color and shiny enough to pass for silver, which is what I wanted.

Promising TPU Filament with a Learning Curve
This is my husband's first time working with TPU filament, so he's still experimenting with the right settings and printing techniques. Because of that, this review is based more on our experience with the filament itself than on perfected prints. It arrived well packaged in a tightly vacuum-sealed bag, and the spool appeared to be in excellent condition with no signs of moisture. From everything we've researched and what we've seen so far, this seems like a quality TPU filament. It feeds consistently, has good flexibility, and shows a lot of promise once the printer is properly dialed in. TPU definitely has a learning curve compared to PLA, but that appears to be the nature of the material rather than an issue with this filament. We're looking forward to refining the settings and using it for durable, flexible projects.
