Are these vegan friendly?

“May contain milk” is ok for vegans generally (not all though and no disrespect meant) My daughter is vegan as am I but others in my family are not. Out kitchen cooks all sorts of food so technically all of our food “may contain” animal products by accident In the same way a factory that deals with different foods could accidentally cross contaminate. So I’d say yes these are vegan.

Covered in bloom - not happy

I'm gutted, I love Divine chocolate so thought I'd treat myself to some coins, all have bloom on them and the texture is grainy, such a shame because Divine chocolate is one of my favourites.
