Wonderful addition during lockdown
Easy to put together, great instructions, footprint and height not as overwhelming as I thought for our small yard but plenty big enough to provide physical challenge. Our 5 and (135cm tall) 7yo love it and will have many years enjoying this. Lots of nice accessories included. As others have said we left out a lot of the ramp pieces so it was more ladder like. The slide is surprisingly fast and quite steep so we placed a square of wood underneath, but given our kids are older this is a good thing.

Great Play Frame
Bought this for our son who's definitely reached the stage where everything which is climbable must be climbed. It's a big set and takes a lot of assembly (I had to build on my own due to the current movement and social restrictions). It took about six hours in total and an electric screwdriver/drill is an absolute must. Our son loves it though an it's made spending time playing in the garden so much more fun. And my wife is planning a lot of additions to make it even more interactive.

Good but
The delivery missed a few pieces but this was followed up very well by customer service. It is an expensive item but once built it's very sturdy. My boys love playing on it! It definitely takes 2 to build though, and several hours! But worth it in the end. The key is to set out all the pieces first and check them against the item list before you get started!

Fab garden play area
Although we initially had quite a time getting this delivered (no fault of Plum, the delivery company misdirected half our order.. twice!) the product it’s self is fab! Our daughter and her friends love it. We’ve added a few personal flourishes re: the planter and took inspiration from the Plum photos to create a watering contraption with some bottles and added a wee fairy house lol! We also built the steps missing every third piece of wood as it’s steeper than it looks in the pics and our daughter is only 3, so that makes it simpler for her, for the time being. It came with everything and more, I didn’t expect to get the paint pens and gardening tools too so that was a pleasant surprise. I think we’ll be having fun with it for years to come. We really do love it!

Hit and Miss
A good idea however very low quality from material to design almost every part is designed badly and nonsense. Also dangerous, decking spacing is too wide my toddler did accidentally put his fingers and hurt himself it should have been much closer

Still going strong after 6 years
We've had this climbing frame for 6 years, and it is our most played with item in our whole house and garden. It is played on by all 3 children (now aged 9, 6 and 2) every single day, pretty much without fail. Even in winter they are drawn out to play on the climbing frame. It sparks so much physical and creative play. It also looks much more attractive in our garden than a lot of other climbing frame sets would, and seems to enhance the cottage garden feel that we are looking to achieve, rather than detract from it. We love it so much it was even disassembled and reassembled when we moved house. Having put it together twice now, I can say it is definitely a 2 person job and power screwdriver is an absolute must. Took us about 6 hours the first time and 4 hours the second time. We found the instructions to be very clear. Durability - after about 4 years the bucket rusted through the bottom. But that wasn't a problem as the children decided to tie a plank of wood to the end of the rope to make a small swing instead. After 5 years the plastic on the slide perished/split around the screws and the slide came loose. Not really a surprise given how much use it gets! But again, it wasn't a problem as we just drilled a couple of new holes at the top of the slide and put some new screws in to fix it. We've never bothered to treat the wood and it has faded and split in places slightly with the weather but it is still going strong and will be played with for many years to come.

Great sturdy play for for kids.
Sturdy, looks great in the garden. Kids love it. Takes a bit of time to put together took 2 of us 5 hours but instructions are easy and it is very sturdy.

A lot smaller than it looks. Make sure you look at measurements before buying. $1,000.00 is a lot for this small set. Wood kept splitting, parts and instructions labeled wrong. Two carpenters put it together and it took them 8 hrs. I bought it in February while I had the funds for my grandsons 2nd birthday this coming week. Reached out to seller, no response.
