Our pastor loves this headset. Very comfortable over the ears and fits well. Sound quality is great.

I bought one of these to replace a broken headset mic. The audio it produced was extremely low volume and muffled, as though the aperture of the capsule was blocked. No amount of additional gain or equalization could make the audio usable.In the interest of fairness, I exchanged the microphone for another of the same model. Same problem.I ruled out any problem with the wireless mic system by plugging a lavaliere mic into the body pack, and it sounded crisp and clean and loud and clear, so I am not inclined to believe there are any issues with the wireless system.It would be a great price if it worked. It doesn't, so it isn't.

I only have the old equipment that this replaced to compare to, but it was a significant upgrade in sound quality.

Good product, works well. Only thing stopping me from giving it a 5 star was that it was a bit too sensitive. Any breath or big movement came through the mic even with the foam piece? Overall a great product

Good fit for what we needed

Excellent quality headset compare to the $450 Point Source Audio set. We got it for our Priest to do his service and sermon. Great little headset. The double ear is great for keeping it stable while moving and being very active. The microphone works great. The reason I gave four stars was that it was too small to reach from ear to ear, little un-comfortable.After 6 weeks of use, voice start breaking up and we had to switch to the Shure clip-on microphone.

XLR is mini. No idea how to connect in 1/4” pin socket

Good mic for the money.
