3 lightweight, yet sturdy, plastic body pencils, with triangle shaped comfort grips and 24 replacement leads.Yes, they are very light to pick up, but once they are vertical in your hand, it's impossible to weigh them anyway. The most important thing here are the leads which, as another reviewer has mentioned, the graphite leads, whilst easy to get to a point, as lovely and soft like a 4b. They are not black like a coloured pencil. The coloured leads are best for draughtwork or linework. Again, they are not coloured pencil leads.The sharpener in the top has clearly been designed by 'Q' for those top secret sketches your working on ;-).I love them, happy with them, and since I do a lot of sketching work, will not be upset buying a new set should they all break down in six months time (Highly unlikely).

I thought these to be well enough made, comfortable to use and not too precious. Quite light. Good value.

I'd been given a lot of 2mm pencil leads and just needed a mechanical pencil to use them in. These are very cheap for what you get and I'm not disappointed in what came. All three pencils came pre-loaded with a graphite pencil lead (2B presumably from the description). Nowhere on the spare leads box does it say what hardness they are but the shop description mentions it. Both sets of leads were all fully intact and the colours are nice. I'm going to use the yellow lead for marking on dark materials in my workshop, where ordinary pencil lines are hard to spot. I would say you can't go wrong for the price. Only dropped one star as one of the three pencils was missing its clip. Not major but it is obviously a quality control problem with the supplier.

I use this for working in a freezer as a pen wont work because the ink freezes. A 2mm lead makes them nice a firm to work with and the lead is i think 2b and quite soft, it doesn't break very easy. A very cool lead sharpener in the top too. Got an array of coloured leads and a pack of normal leads with it.

Really needed a rubber included. Leads too soft.

I liked the leads which are 2B and perfect for sketching. The pencil is light and comfortable to hold. The leads are strong dense and being 2.0 mm very versatile for shading in areas using side of lead which even with quite heavy pressure do not break. Amazing value and I recommend them for artists sketching.

Works great

Apart from a sturdy clip, these pencils are all-plastic, and very light. They come in 3 different body colours (silver, matt blue & matt black) and have differently coloured tops (red, blue & black) which makes differentiation a doddle. The body shape is round at the top, but has 3 flattened sides at the bottom which was comfortable to hold. Between these two parts there is a lead hardness indicator that although not on a clicker, is quite stiff and shouldn't move. They have a 'push' mechanism which advances the lead approximately 2mm per push. The clutch holds the lead very firmly.The pencils come with lead in them, as well as the 2 supplied containers. The pieces in the pencil are only 60mm long, whilst the ones in the container are 90mm. I was very impressed by the darkness, which was comparable with my Uni and Tombow Mono 2B leads, and far darker than my Faber Castell and Staedtler 2B leads, closer to 4B. They are perfectly fit for purpose, although I haven't used them in anger yet, so can't comment on breakability or how well they will last. The coloured leads felt hard to me, better suited to line work than shading.There is no way that these pencils are what you might term high quality; compared to my Rotrings, Staedtlers and Koh-I-Noors, they are lightweight and flimsy and I fear for their longevity, however I wanted some pencils I could put in my travelling kit and not worry about losing, and these fit that bill perfectly.

Love the feel and performance of these pencils and at an affordable price point. Body seems durable and is comfortable to holdComes with a nice lead holder and leads are nice and dark too ...Can be used for multiple purposes like in construction and also for sketching. Haven't written much with it so not sure about writing performance.
