I initially used some old yeast I had, and almost wasted a bunch of sugar, fermentation was almost none existent. So in an effort to save the batch I added the turbo yeast after activating. After just a few hours I have far more activity than a batch I started a day earlier, with fresher yeast than the second attempt. The additives definitely seem to help the little buggers get going pretty quickly. I've have to give it a couple days and test ABV. I'll purchase again more than likely.

**Q: Can i make wine with this? i want to use it directly in a 100% juice with sugar solution. will it still work? or do i need to make it with water only?**
A: There are a lot of impurities produced with this yeast. While you technically could make wine with it you are are going to have to do a lot of degassing to drive off the sulphur that is produced.

**Q: What's the recipe to make a 1 gallon batch?**
A: That package is for making 6.6 gallons, (25 lt). Do the math

**Q: How long could I expect a package to last if stored in a cool dry place in the original package?  Would vacuum sealing harm or help long term storage?**
A: Mine is still alive and active going on 6 months. I keep mine in the refrig also. Vacuum sealing is, I believe , not necessary. Expect to last over 1 year if keep in refrig.

### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Fast acting yeast!

I didn't realize this was a yeast blend and not just straight yeast but I am still happy with the product. It works great so far! I put it in my cranberry apple wine base two days ago and I'm already getting alchohol smell! This seems to be great quality yeast, it has easy to follow instructions. One package will make about five gallons of twenty percent abv. wine. I am still in the fermentation process but I believe it whole heartedly will. Should be fully fermented within a week.
