The motor is fairly quiet, fairly smooth in operation, and easy to adjust at the right spot you want. The remote is easy to use even in the dark, but I do wish that it had a backlight showing the buttons when pressed. I have a 12 inch Classic Brands foam/gel mattress that works just perfectly with this adjustable platform. If you can do without the plug-in ports, massage function, and memory feature, then I urge you to get this bargain platform that does what it says, and pretty well too.

I love these BED BASE because they are perfect.. very easy to assemble, sturdy easy to mount, and won't get cracks or dents and peels as a wood bed can. I bought 2 for me and my husband. last week i bought a 3rd. for my daughter who have problems in the spinal cord due to a car accident last October, these beds are heavy even in the box. it takes 2 person to move them into the room you want them. with a good and inexpensive mattress we no longer suffer from body aches,pains and stiffness at waking up. they're giving us a dream come true. not always things need to be expensive to be good. thanks to classic brands we are sleeping on clouds.

The frame is fine and works well if the remote works. We purchased the bed on 5/30/2020. After a year, June of 2021, the remote stopped working. We tried removing the batteries, new batteries and other suggestions. Nothing worked. My husband called the company a few times and finally talked to Justin who asked us to send the receipt. It was sent on 8/5/2021. We haven't heard anything back. My husband has had 4 back surgeries and needs an adjustable bed. This would be perfect if he could actually adjust it. Buy something else.

Great product. Easy ensemble. Remote works great. Only recondition is the removable metal posts at end of bed need to be a little taller. Our mattress is a 12” memory foam mattress comes up at bottom.

My siblings and I purchased this bed frame for our mother. She wanted something where both the head and foot could go up and down. After a lot of searching and price comparisons I found this bed and I am glad that I took a chance on it. The reviews were helpful in making my choice. You do need at least two people to flip the bed. It took 15 - 20 minutes to have everything setup and ready to go. The price is great. She's had the bed for over a month now and hasn't had any problems. I will definitely be purchasing one for myself.

Bed works great so far. Easy set up. There were signs of tearing visible as soon as the base was set up. Clearly it will continue to rip do to friction from the mattress. I've only had it for a couple of weeks.

This double size was a great alternative to a single hospital bed for my aligning father. It gave him the opportunity to sit up lay down keep his feed up and still be comfortable with the space to move around at a reasonable cost. I would highly recommend this bed. All I need now is a headboard for it.

This bed is well built and easy to assemble! Remote is easy to figure out and works well. The motors are really quite when operating and the end rails keep the mattress on the bed the height of the bed is just right! The head of the bed goes up to a full sitting position. I just had surgery and this bed works for me! Very pleased with this purchase so far!

Easy to set up, great for economical adjustable bed. I don’t need the “bells and whistles “ so to speak so am very happy with it.
