great explanation for a 6 year old!
disappointed there is a typo on the first page, BUT this is just the sort of thing that is so appropriate for my 6 year old son right now. thank you for writing it. my 6 year old son says: "it shows me how i was born."

Great book
This book is great for introducing the concept of egg donation, without going into the details of reproduction. This is exactly the kind of story book I was looking for. It explains the love behind having your baby and the longing to make a family. It's a light hearted story and very colorful illustrations.

Fantastic book! This book is great for sharing egg donation. Such a lovely drawings!! So siimple and easy to read!!

Meant for younger children
I feel like this book is the perfect way to introduce the topic with my 2 1/2 year old son. I wish I had found it earlier to start reading from infancy. Definitely recommend for kids from birth till 6. It is written in such a way that does not make it uncomfortable to read to a small child. We will add in parts of our own story as he gets old and help us to continue the conversation.

Ist sehr nett geschrieben. Nur die Bilder sind etwas zu viel. Ansonsten ist es echt toll. Wenn auch in Englisch.

Highly recommend
Our son is DE IVF and we have been reading this book to him as a way into eventually telling him about his origin. It's a lovely book and my son loves it.
