They are fixed easily in the shoes with the tape. They don's compress, when stepping on them. So the hight remains exactly as it is supposed to be. The left and right ones aren't that different, so I can use the left one in my right shoe as well, which is good, since my right foot is shorter than the left one. I only need them for that side.The quality seems to be good. Haven't had them for too long, though.

I use this product because when I had a hip replacement the stainless steel insert is longer than my normal femur was! Hence I was not able to walk without pain as my legs are different lengths!

1) Takes way too long to arrive in UK (posted from Poland) even though it says "in stock". 2) I ordered Male Large: these are quite narrow at the heel (they don't fill the heel-width); but they FEEL ok. 3) there's a double-sided-adhesive sticker (to hold the pad in place); it's good/effective, but it's a bit tricky to separate the top layer - needs a finger-nail. 4) it's NOT made of natural cork, but it does do the job. 5) product photo isn't too helpful; the pic actually shows the two different sides of TWO pads. 6) pads are sold as "one pair".

The Heel Lifts were very solid & didn't squash down like some I have had before, I only use 1 as I have an Achilles problem.The only thing I would change is I would have liked them to be a bit wider.But over all a good buy

I ordered these heel lifts for my new stable yard boots as my legs are short and they were skinning my heels quite badly. The heel lifts arrived the next day and I popped them into my boots - no more skinned heels! They are very well made and are super comfy, you can't even feel them under your foot and they stay in place without being stuck down. If you have short legs and want to wear long boots then these are the perfect solution!

Wanted to add a little height to trainers and shoes as I am only 5ft tall, have now bought three pairs of these. They are very comfortable, I forget they are there, even when out and about all day. Did need to strengthen the sticky patch on them as it is not overly adhesive. Would recommend.

if ur a size 6 women’s uk i would recommend getting a L instead of an M as it’s too skinny for the shoes and slips often

Really handy. I have several pairs of shoes with these and they remove the 'flat-foot' feel of ordinary shoes.You can usually slip them under an insole.
