The best home internet upgrade you can buy...and it is not expensive
This router was recommended by my ISP to improve performance as I was having frequent slow downs and connection drops so went ahead and bought this. It arrived within 24 hours in a shiny new box with the packing wrapper still sealed. Set up was easy, had to log in into the tplinkwifi.net interface, set a new password and do a quick set up to update connection details. The setup even offers to automatically clone the MAC address of the existing wi-fi router which is a nice quality of life feature. Both 2.4 and 5 GHz bands are supported and are listed as separate SSIDs, although a smart option allows a single SSID to be used for both bands. The difference in performance between my previous cheap tplink router and this product is like night and day. The connection strength and speed have improved dramatically, with anything between 70-95% of promised bandwidth from ISP (100Mbps/12MBPS) on 5GHz band. At 2300 INR (27 USD) this product is excellent value for money. Can't recommend it enough. Easily the best value for money upgrade for internet connectivity.

Worth the price
I bought this because the router supplied by my local ISP is beyond garbage. I've connected this to their router and am using this as my primary WiFi and LAN device, and it works like a charm.+ great signal strength across my flat. Even on 5GHz, which has limited range, I only lose up to 1 bar on my macbook pro sitting a few rooms away with walls inbetween. 2.4GHz has zero issues. I've also run wifi signal analyzers on my phone and this beats out all the noise from my neighbors' wifi signals.+ Fast, and negates the need for LAN connections. I can easily cap out my 250mbps connection over 5GHz wifi using my macbook pro, which allows me to access my NAS and home desktop from anywhere in the house at superfast speeds. This was the main reason I got it and I couldn't be more satisfied.+ Easy setup and configuration. I like hardware that lets you mess around with every setting and the included UI is a breeze to use and also surprisingly configurable. This is an ideal router for a power user, gamer, or someone in a decently sized living space. It offers a lot of speed for LAN/WLAN operations and is very easy to set up, even for a beginner. Just note that your internet connection actually needs to be fast to make full use of this device, because the rated 867mbps speed can only be capped out if you have gigabit internet, which even I don't.

What a Beast !!!
It was time to replace my dlink n300 router as it had started playing up. Changed to C6 after contemplating and comparing a lot of models. Models which were in the race were Tenda ac1200 and Tplink c1200 along with Tplink c5.(1) Tenda's interface seems to be buggy with a lot of spelling errors and lack of good after sales support as per the reviews tilted the scale in Tplink favour. Among the three listed models, this one seems to be the latest and a hot favourite of a lot of online reviewers. Hence, a decision was made.(2) The setup was a breeze. Took me literally 2-4 minutes to set it up and it was blazing away. The companion app is an amazing add-on .(3) Mi-mo is an advanced technology which helps if you have a lot of devices trying to connect with the router.(4) It is a dual band router. Remember that 2 ghz offers you great range but slower speed and 5 ghz has amazing speed but low coverage range. I have a 75 Mbps connection. On a wireless connection, I am getting 45 Mbps on 2.4 ghz and 70 Mbps on 5 ghz, if I'm sitting close to the router. The speed does decrease a little in the next room but barely noteable. Now comes the best part , I'm getting full signal bars on 5 ghz in my bedroom which is approx 20 feet away from the router. I have connected my bedroom firetv on 5 ghz and now able to play 4k resolution videos without buffering pauses. To give you an example - i was able to download Asphalt 9 which is 1.82 gb on my One plus 6t in about 7 minutes i think. My entire house is covered well with either of the two bands. Full marks on this !(5) Delivery was a breeze . Received the router within a day.Conclusion- Go for it without a doubt if you have an above 50 Mbps connection and want a good speed with amazing coverage. It was my first day and i am 200% satisfied with the performance. Will need to gauge it's performance over a period of time to see how it fares. Please upvote if my review was of some help to you.

Best for home
Best for home wifi for office as well as home entertainment.Bought it in oct 2023. It's able to connect to multiple devices and distributes proper bandwidth for each. The range covered in home across rooms is pretty decent.
