Magic
Work a treat. The sensor at the bottom of the bulb needs to stick out from the lampshade to get the best range. I used one on the staircase and the reaction time was quick and the illumination was bright as it is led. Most satisfactory. I shall be ordering more for other areas as they do mean that the lights are not left on by accident. One has to break the lifelong habit of flicking the light switch but it does not take long to get used to.

No more fumbling in the dark - instant light when needed!
Perfect solution.Wish I had discovered these before investing in expensive Hive bulbs for my porch that needed to be on a schedule, which never seemed quite right.

Ordered 2 packs, 1 got defective
I have ordered 2 packs of these bulbs, among 4, I got one defective light, the sensor isn't working, I'll have to hold my hand in place of sensor to get the light switched on. Apart from that the other 3 are working fine.

100% satisfaction
I have fitted them to my porch overhead lamp shades and they do the job admirably.No more rummaging in the dark for my house keys. As soon as I walk up to the door the light comes on and once in the house, after about a minute or less, the light goes out. Perfect.I had been toying for some time with the idea of purchasing a light sensor lamp unit but by purchasing this light bulb it has saved me the cost of buying the lamp and for an electrician to fit it.Sone commented that their bulbs didn't last very long. I have had these in use for approx 3 months and so far so good.I found them so useful and felt they were so reasonable I ordered another pack for stock.

Short lived
Worked great for 1 day then stopped!!! Both bulbs did it. Really disappointed as they were great for the short time the motion detector worked

Does the job
I had been looking for something like this for a very small enclosed porch with no natural light... Amazon was the only place I could find them and was really pleased when they arrived.They work exactly as expected for my needs. The light is bright and very white, but really illuminates the porch and is useful in a small room when you first get home and don't want to turn a light on just for the ten second you pass through.

It did work….and now it doesn’t ☹️
Worked very well - on when entering room, off around 30 seconds later.Now it doesn’t switch off which is very annoying.
