Very happy! Awesome product with great customer service.

My mini decided to kill the original one of these and got super hot stretched the belt and so I replaced the whole darn thing. This one is a quality part, looks like it will last forever.

Fit perfectly and looked just the same if not better as the stock idler pulley

My 2004 Mini Cooper was making an obnoxious squeaking sound the first few minutes after startup. It was either the serpentine belt or the idler pulley so I got one of these to install for piece of mind. Fit perfectly and looked just the same if not better as the stock idler pulley. Now my Mini doesn't make annoying squeaking sounds and I can focus on the noises I love hearing! (Supercharger whine and exhaust)

Much quieter than the original equipment it replaced (after 135k miles). If you are replacing tensioner, supercharger pulley, dampener, or even belt with a car over 60k miles, do yourself a favor and replace this part.

The plastic one that came with my mini looked like it was missing half it's shape on the inside. so it was really chewed up. this metal one hopefully will last longer.

Perfect fit easy bolt on '06 mini S w/SC

My bearing got eaten up and the pully snapped off. This one looks and works like a new one very basic part but sounded like hell before it went out.

works but keep your original bolt

seems to be working great after I put back in the original bolt form the old pulley. the bolt that came with the pulley was slightly smaller in diameter and had just enough slack that allowed the belt to slid off.
