Excellent Quality Fits perfectly!

After owning these pair of boots for 6 years, I can say I’m pretty happy with the quality and how they have held up. I own 3 pairs of Thursday boots and they all seem to be very well made. I think as long as you take care of the leather properly and make sure to condition it and maybe apply a shoe cream to protect the color it’ll actually wear very nice and look better with age.My only complaint with Thursday boots in general is that they don’t offer a whole lot of cushion and there isn’t much space in the shoe to add your own but even still it’s plenty comfortable for walking around in, just not for like hiking or all day kind of walking. I’ve been wearing these shoes as my daily work shoe since they look pretty good dressed up or dressed down. I’ve also worn them when traveling and exploring new cities, dancing around at weddings and parties or just going shopping and I don’t have many complaints as they are a very versatile pair of shoes.I’d recommend these to anyone looking for a solid quality boot that can pair with many outfits but I’d recommend looking at other shoes if you prefer more a rugged boot or need more cushion support in the heel and midsole.

I had to send these back as the advice on getting a 1/2 size down from my regular fitted too small. I also didn't like the fact that the soles squeaked when I walked on our tile floor, and there was no padding on the interior.return was easy and they did seem well made other than the issues mentioned.

The Scout is a handsome chukka boot with an especially good-looking mocha suede and solid construction. I can feel the weight of the materials and have no doubt they'll last a long time, but also that it'll take some wear to work the stiff sole until it's comfortable. Unfortunately for me, the shoe and my feet don't match up well and I had to return it.

Great boot! The Scout Chukka looks great and appears well made. I am not really a fan of buying shoes online, but sized down 1/2 size from my tennis shoe size according to the website recommendation and reading purchase reviews by others. Unfortunately, the boot was still too large. The length was longer than my other shoes and my heel slipped around inside the boot. I had to tie the shoe uncomfortably tight to minimize any slipping. I am exchanging to go down a full size in hopes that will be the right fit for me.

I followed the size chart which says to use sneaker size minus 1/2. Nope. Ordered 11 1/2 but my feet were swimming in them. Returned for 11s. Nope. My heels slip pretty bad. I know 10.5 will be to small in length. I’m keeping them but I won’t be wearing to often. Hard as a rock insoles. Kind of disappointed actually.Just can’t wear these boots. Hate to say it but I am returning. Dang.

These boots worked great when I walked the cobbled streets of Boston. They remain a staple of my fall and winter wardrobe, keeping my feet warm.
