Outdoor Mouse and Rat Prevention

I’m having some issues with rodents climbing into my engine bay and chewing wires. They only got one wire for far but I’m going to have to replace it now. They chewed through a fuel injector wire, causing a misfire. I purchased this and sprinkled the granules liberally around the front bumper, front tires and around the sides. I noticed that has a very powerful order. I also sprinkled it on the tires and around the back. I focused mostly on the front end since that’s where they are going. I have no idea if this will work but I hope it does because it’s got a very strong smell. I also purchased 3 bars of Irish Spring soap and tossed them under the front axel so maybe a combination of the two will make them pick another vehicle. I put some dryer sheets in the engine compartment as well. Hopefully the 3 products will prevent further vehicle by squirrels.

I live in a city. One that is ignominiously known for its rat problems. Now, if your a rat, dog feces is pretty much your fillet mignon. People are pretty lazy and and will let their dogs crap in the alleyway right where the trash bins are. Going out the back gate being a bummer aside, it is begging for both rats and city fines ranging from $50-$500 per citation. If I called the city they'd happily come out and lay down rat poison, which can kill--in a most horrible manor--any animal that comes in contact with the stuff. The only non-harmful thing that has worked has been Tomcat Rodent Repellent. Dogs steer clear of the area and no rats. No feces or rats, no one bleeds out horribly compliments of rat poison. It's really a win all around.

I think this is more for mice vs rats. Rats are so much more bolder and can put up with a lot more than mice. Mice tend to be skittish and non confrontational. They are also more sensitive to things. I have woods in my backyard so I get A LOT of mice. I usually catch and release in another part of the woods. I put this stuff around the perimeter of my house pretty thick AS THE DIRECTIONS STATE and have not caught a single one. I did make sure to catch the ones that were already here as well. The person that put this in their house and says it doesn't work didn't read the directions and obviously knows nothing about how to get rid of them. You have to catch the ones you have a well. This will help deter more from coming in but it doesn't say it will chase them out of your house.

Product does not repel rats and most other animals for that matter. But most importantly the rats are not affected in the least by this product as video evidence from my camera provided multiple times.

If you have an outside rat and mouse influx--this can be used to somewhat slow down their traffic. if you also have rat boxes monitored by a pest control company-and you are trying to slow the traffic from rats--this can help a little. I have used many bottles. This does not stop much=and the smell is unpleasant to humans--(not sure about rats)But--I have tried a great many rodent sprays and small packets--and all of them did not change anything. This will help in a small way. You must use it over and over and pretty much much daily (Not over time).

We LOVE this stuff!!!! We keep the little creepy crawlies away, it lasts a long time and it smells like Pizza. It’s not at all objectionable. We spread it all around the foundation of the house and our vermin go away for quite a while!

Larger varmints kept eating the poison for mice like it was candy. This granular product was the solution and did a great job.

Wear a mask omg it stinks I had a rat eating my bird feeder made me so mad needed something that wouldn't hurt birds so I actually put this in a mason jar and put holes in the lid not to hurt my birds the smell omg I haven't seen the rat and I have a camera on my birds ran footage back no sign of him at all my birds are happy so am I , and yes I deep cleaned the feeder with dawn before I refilled it for birds
