AMAZING FOR OLDER VEHICLES!
Works great for an AUX port and for connecting to a cassette-to-aux adapter. For my older vehicles this has been a lifesaver. Long battery life and quick to charge, easy to connect to. I wish it could somehow know when the car was shut off so it'd automatically shut off too, but it doesn't. Only takes 2 seconds to turn off anyways but easy to forget sometimes. The volume is good, no static, good quality audio. Very hands free. I havent tried the calling feature but I would assume its as poor as every other car audio device with a microphone is.

Excellent choice for older vehicles without Bluetooth that do have aux ports.
Purchased mine almost a year ago and use it constantly for work in my older vehicles. Have used it nearly every day for 3-8+ hours at a time. Before this I had to plug in and unplug an aux cable every time I got in or out of my vehicle which was annoying and shockingly time consuming. The device has a good range to it and if it does disconnect it reconnects as soon as I'm back in range. Only issues I've had with function I'm pretty sure have been the phone, not this receiver. I've gone through areas where someone was blasting such a strong signal mobile data stopped working but it had no effect on device function or sound quality. The sound quality for music and other media is like playing a CD to my ears, plenty good for my needs. Voice quality on calls is good too. I do have to crank the volume when on a call but I think that might be a phone issue I haven't figured out rather than this device. I also have to raise my own volume sometimes but that's to be expected when your mic is a small one several feet away. Quick warning, if your phone does what mine does and immediately resumes your music after a call be sure to lower the volume again before the call fully ends. Going from a normal volume call to surprise full blast music is probably not good for your heart. The battery life is fantastic. Most days it'll outlast my phone's battery handily. The only times I've needed to charge it during work has been on extra long work days. Usually just plug it in when I get home and shut it off when my phone reports that it's charged. As far as the actual device goes it's nice and small, plenty easy to plug in however you need. When I first got it I stashed it in an unused compartment on my car's dash and plugged it in with an aux cable. In my truck I plug it straight into the CD deck with the provided plug. It's small enough you can easily hide it from prying eyes and still get full functionality. For value this product has been worth every penny for me. Took needless tedium out of the job and helped me work faster and earn more money without having to give up my music or go back to CDs.

Simple Bluetooth pairing
This little Bluetooth receiver works well. It is easy to pair, and the sound quality is pretty good. I have it plugged into a Bose tower system.

Anker with the best products! Add bluetooth audio to your car very easily.
I have an 2010 Nissan Altima with no bluetooth audio. All you do on this device is hold the button, till the light turns blue. Plug it into the AUX, connect your phone to it and it works perfectly. Very easy to use it, connects fast and the sound + volume is excellent. Highly recommend it.

Wow!
So far, very impressed for the money. iTunes song from my phone sound much better in my car than the factory radio. I’ll likely still eventually replace the factory radio, but I am very satisfied with the flexibility and sound quality this unit provides. I highly recommend this item.

Excellent Solution to a Hardware Problem
I bought this to replace a POS Taotronics Bluetooth adapter, which, incidentally ... is not listed on Amazon any longer, and was taken down shortly before that particular device crapped out (the battery swelled up so bad that that case slow-mo exploded until it was useless). Already, I can tell this Bluetooth adapter is of better quality; the plastic casing is a denser material that's fitted together much better. Plus, the battery life is twice as long as the Taotronics. And finally, a pet peeve of mine, the listing for this product is in grammatically correct native English, and not haphazardly translated, as with Taotronics and thousands of other listings on Amazon. Anyway, I buy these adapters as a cheap solution to a hardware problem with some high-end smart phones : the lack of a 5 mm headphone jack. "But don't those phones come with a USB-C to female 5 mm audio port adapter?" you ask. Why yes, they do, but my problem is also that the USB-C became ever so slightly damaged at some point, to where it's not perfectly seated, or the port was bent slightly out of shape to prevent a snug fit, so that when the USB-C plug shifts in the wrong way, one of the audio channels falls out. "So then why not just buy Bluetooth headphones or earphones? All the cool kids are doing that now." Sure, that would be fine, except I have a $50 set of Bose earphones (MSRP was $100 but they were on a lightning sale when I saw them). And any good set of Bluetooth earphones are going to cost AT LEAST THAT, but be of lesser quality ... so why not just buy a simple universal adapter device for $30, and convert my $100 pair of Bose earphones into ... Bluetooth Bose earphones? Voila! Hardware issue resolved! Anyway, this adapter comes with a variety of cables and 5 mm jacks to make it work any which way you want it to. In addition to converting hardline headphones or earphones into Bluetooth cans, you can also use this to stream music to older sound system setups (such as 2.1 speakers; rather than tie up your phone to the speakers with a hardline connection, now you can keep your phone and stream music to your fancy speakers! Of course, with Bluetooth, you have to remain within about 30 to 50 feet of the adapter, but still ... for smaller houses, that's easy). For those driving older cars, this works the same way; pop it into the MP3 input jack, boom, now your car does Bluetooth. Only criticism I have to this device is, unlike with the POS Taotronics I had, there is no low-battery warning for this thing; it just shuts off. So I guess keep an estimate of how long you've used this without a recharge. Also, the default notification volume from the device itself (incoming call; power up tone, power down tone) is insanely loud. Like upper limit of what you could set your phone volume to loud.

Great except that it un-pairs when you plug it into power
It works fine, but whenever you plug it into power it un-pairs from whatever it's paired to. It reconnects to my (Motorola) phone pretty quickly, but for whatever reason with my HP laptop it seems to take maybe 20-30 seconds. This is obviously infuriating. -- It is nice that it can connect to two devices at once, like a phone and a laptop. I have the Galaxy Buds Pro 2 and they don't even do that, which is absurd for a flagship of their time.

Clear audio, simple pairing
My car has an older stereo with no option for streaming bluetooth audio, plugging the Anker devcie into the AUX port and pairing to my phone gives me music and podcast streaming as if it were built into the car. Great audio quality and simple operation, thumbs up!
