Used not new
Product was not NEW like claimed in the description. Multiple tape marks on bottom, random peoples hair in the box and the robot was covered in dirt. When checking the face recognition on it there was already 5 others on there. Not happy or satisfied

BEWARE- DOES NOT WORK AT ALL
This does not work at all. It came without an adapter and won't even charge at all. We have a very disappointed child here on Christmas. I feel TRICKED out of $500!!!!

I just received the Cozmo. Not in an original package. Definitely is used and no instructions. I BOUGHT IT BECAUSE I SPECIF SEARCH FOR A NEW ONE AND I GOT TOTALLY THE OPPOSITE. Waste of time and money. I’m returning it ASAP!

Love cozmo very easy to set up and use. Interacts with my son and I great. He really does learn the more you use him. Funny little robot will keep you entertained for hours

Cozmo is a great family addition!
What a cute little addition to our family. I love how he scans our face and knows who we are. I recommend the 3 blocks...I think one is fun, but 3 is far better.

Cozmo hit it off with everyone, adults as well.
It was a gift for my granddaughter, she loves it. In fact the other toys were for other grand kids, as far as I know they love then.

I am a great grandmother sho bought this item for my great grandson. He absoutely loves this robot and takes it everywhere with him.

Not so much for younger ones.
Its fun but the little one loses interest after five minutes, hes 4 probably to little.
