I have a wedge hair cut, ill it help lift it and give volume?

Yes. I have fine, short, wavy hair. I hang upside down and spray it all over, wait a minute (stretch the hamstrings), then flip up. If it needs a refresher throughout the day I dampen my fingertips and fluff the roots a bit. It's great, not too stiff, good scent.

Is the smell very strong/overpowering?

I think it's a great product with great hold and a natural feel ruined by a really bad scent. It smells very much like a light version of Deep Woods Off! It was so strong the first I think I did when I got home was wash my hair.

is this good for an area with like 80-90% humidity?

ABSOLUTELY !! This is by far the best control hairspray ever, I love this so much I wish L'Oreal would sponsor my Jeep !! This hairspray will really control the frizzies, you know after you blow dry your hair then all of sudden .. poof? I live in high humidity and use this to keep my hair looking smooth and neat. Hope that helps!

What’s it smell like?

Hi I just sprayed it, at first I smelled the alcohol and some other solvents and a little bit sour fruity smell. Then I waited 5 minutes and asked my husband and he said it smelled fruity. Once dry it’s not strong at all otherwise I wouldn’t use it I can’t stand strong smell hair spray or mouse

This hairspray is effective at holding your style.

This is my personal favorite. It holds well and has a nice but not overwhelming scent.

Excellent price for a quality product that works even in humidity

Holds my fly-always/broken off shorter hairs back when I wear my hair in a bun or ponytail. Only time I use hairspray and I only use a very small amount. Not heavily scented. Hold’s hairs in place all day. And since I only wash my bright burgundy dyed hair every 4 days I’m happy to say that there is no build up and I can easily brush my hair later in the day or the next day without any stiffness or breakage and my hair is smooth again if I choose to wear it down and run my flat iron through it!

Great salon quality at a low price!

I live in a humid area, and this hair styling product really performs. It offers great hold without being sticky or stiff. The spray mechanism delivers a light, even, micro-mist with a fabulous fresh scent. Holds my long hair style all day and is easily brushed out when needed. I can re-style my hair on day two with a large barrel curling iron and lightly spray again for another great hair day without washing! Salon quality at a very affordable price!
