I would have give 6 stars for the customer service if I could!
It's a sleek, well manufactured product. I was surprised how small it was and how accessible the buttons were. The visual indicators are also very clear and easy to understand. Connecting to hearing aids is quick and easy. What really stood out for me was the exceptional customer service that Keephearing provided. Despite the fact this was over £100 Cheaper than the vendor the NHS audiology department recommended (even with the NHS discount voucher) it's still a lot of money and I'm a pretty demanding customer. I had difficulty connecting the Multi Mic to my daughter's hearing aids due to the audiology department disabling certain functions on them. Keephearing had a qualified audiologist who knew the product in touch with me in no time. Issue resolved. I would recommend this supplier to anyone and they will be the first place I look for any similar products in the future. 6 stars out of 5 for customer service!

This compact bit of kit has certainly helped hear conversations in noisy environments eg cafes/pubs

Of limited use.
Useful, but fails to reduce background noise so of limited value in many situations. Could also be more powerful. I assume it will be developed further in the future. Would I buy it again? Yes, but only if these improvements are made.

This is a small but powerful hearing support device for hard of hearing
I like its compact design, yet controls are easily accessible and works really well. I have no dislikes.

Not perfect but a great improvement in a noisy area. Also good for listening to the TV

Great device at a good price
Easy to set up and links my hearing aids to my laptop perfectly. It is a help in meetings but is most effective if the person speaking has the Multi mic clipped to them.

Great for music lover.
Love it, use it all the time to listen to music. Not use the mic yet though. Update Sept 2021 I now have the Ci Cochlear nucleus 7 and a resound hearing aid and this mini mic works for both of my aids.
