They did so on a Sunday evening which went a long way.Original review: The part itself is high quality but the packaging it comes in is so piss poor that I have now ordered 5 of these and had to replace them all because the first 3 were all missing the roll pin washer it uses. The 4th was missing the roll pin washer And the 2nd guiding rod. lets hope the 4th one is better. They are well designed and manufactured. I also found the vendors customer service outstanding. I had originally intended to mount the fire extinguisher on the roll bar but couldn't find a good location so I asked if I could exchange it for a flat mount unit. No problem, the replacement was shipped out the same day my exchange was received. Most of my e-mails were returned within 1 or 2 hours, can't ask for much more than that.
