Good State Liquid Ionic Magnesium Ultra Concentrate (10 drops per 50 mg - 100 servings per bottle)

I use this orally as a magnesium supplement, and I also use it topically on my scalp (diluted) as a hair re-growth assist. This is a pure ionic magnesium product, so that means that the dosage needed is less than for a magnesium compound, where magnesium is only part of the equation. Some prefer a chelated magnesium compound in order to prevent loose bowels, but I have not had any such issues with this ionic liquid magnesium. I've read that nearly everyone is deficient in magnesium, and I have noticed that I feel less irritable since taking it. It tastes like it should (a little bitter, but fine in a bit of water) and I have no doubt that it is what it says it is, no issues.

I've been using ionic magnesium for a while. I was attracted to this product because it comes with a dropper for dosing. I like that better than pouring a bottle into a small measuring spoon. I don't spill any using the dropper. I think it's also a good value for the serving size of the bottle.

Tastes weird but it sure is effective. Didn’t realize how deficient I was in magnesium until I started taking this. I felt way better after 5 days with better clarity and calmness. Highly recommend.

I just ordered my second bottle! I had ordered it last year to help me sleep... I forgot about it and it went in the back of my cabinet... I started noticing my ankles were swelling after I got off work, even though I walked in the morning and drank wateretc... my blood pressure was fine... went online to see how to relieve it... it said try magnesium... I have some! What a difference! Within a week my ankles were fine and the best sleep ever! I will forever use this product!

I buy ALOT of supplements for my family and I am always looking for the best quality for the best price. I like this magnesium for a few reasons :economy and absorption . It only takes 5 drops added to water or juice for me to achieve full calming benefits. It It has a mildly bitter taste but that is easily disguised with a flavored beverage. Liquid ionic seems to absorb better than the pills, capsules, powders and creams I have tried. Would recommend!

I can't use this magnesium because the taste is so bad that it's intolerable. I take many different supplements and I never have trouble with the taste of them but even mixed with a lot of water I was unable to drink this magnesium. This is a non returnable item so I just lost the money. I'm so very disappointed in this product.

Shipping was quick also. Ionic drops are the easiest way to metabolize the magnesium, according to the farmacology article.

This works very well. Leg discomfort/circulation at night improved 2nd day I took it and continues to improve. Also improved low depressive state enough to half prescribed meds... Brilliant

no idea what this tastes like, nor whether its relieving any pain, nor its absorbency. I take it as a companion nutrient to Lugol's iodine and selenium. I'm aware that magnesium has trouble getting through the blood-brain barrier, so I chose a liquid ionic one.
