Outstanding! Gotta Get It! It's Worth Reading this review!
If You care about your records and the purest sound this is definitely another tweak in your arsenal. I've been spinning since the mid 60's...and handled my records carefully using every contraption to make my music like candy for the ears. Starting from a decent turntable, Amp, preamp, speakers and several stylus'. keeping records in shrink wrap except for Bi fold and Trifolds Then you have the curse of dust, static, and surface noise that would drive me crazy LOL...Using the Static Zero Stat gun...the carbon brush....and the 10% Alcohol/Distilled water only when needed. I've been viewing this item for a few years now and decided to try it....Well it's better than I ever imagined and just cleaned 14 Albums in last 2 days. I bought the kit with the seller linked with Amazon/Vinyl Vac...items in sellers list are Basic lazy susan, flat head screw, 4" disk and liner for total of $79....The most important thing is the "Wet Vacuum" which you can get a decent one for around $30 to $40.......But in my Case...I had 2 Dewalt battery powered portable wet Vacs....my older one was a 18 volt so the hose I cut about half an inch off and it fit the Vinyl Vac perfectly with excellent suction. The only thing I didn't like was the liner for the platter on Lazy Susan on first record it left a "waffle Haze" seems like a little waxy on the material.....so I used a regular rubber platter mat instead. This is an outstanding product and very happy I purchased it!! Please View Sellers Video and website and keep spinning!

Worth the Money and effort.
A bit labor intensive, but if you follow the instructions it works PERFECTLY!! Does as good as a VPI machine costing 1200 bucks!!! Their cleaning solution is excellent, although there are other ones around that work, too.

Amazing value, and records play like new!
I was a little skeptical at first, but realized how well this thing works when I cleaned my original UK Pink Floyd albums…and what a difference! It got into and cleaned the grooves deeper than my Spin Clean - still a fine product - and my first pressings of Piper and Dark Side now play like new! I won’t claim that it’s a miracle worker - it can’t get rid of noise created by scratches, but nothing can - but I don’t see a need for a VPI machine when you can get this for a fraction of the cost. The vacuum fit perfectly with my 1.75 HP shop vac, but I use the suction ring just because the recommended HP is 1.5.

Wow! This is a great product.
I had a record that had distracting surface noise, even after multiple Spin Clean and other cleanings. Frankly, I was about to give up on the record and find a better copy (although it's a $30-40 used double LP). I decided to give Vinyl Vac a try based on videos and reviews. On this first record, it took away 80-90% of the surface noise, and the record now sounds completely normal. Literally, the Vinyl Vac paid for itself on my first cleaned record. I have now used it on numerous records, and every one has shown solid to dramatic surface noise reduction. For further proof, there are some Youtube videos that record and show the measured sound improvements provided by a Vinyl Vac cleaning. Also, if you are bargain bin hunter like me, you have to get one of these. It has cleaned up so many of my bargain records to sound great and has even taken away some skips.I also recommend getting a lazy susan setup, with products readily available on sites like Amazon or at your local hardware store (plenty of videos posted on how to do this). I think my setup didn't even cost $20, and it makes the process even easier.Anyway, all vinyl enthusiasts should BUY THIS NOW...

Truely a game changer!
Ok, I had a really good cleaning method before with microfiber towels in liquinox with a rinse after with a label protector on with distilled water. But the is soooooooo much quicker and the results are nothing Short of amazing. I would definitely buy if you mind doing it manually.

Felt leaves behind fibers on the record
This seems like a good idea, but the felt provided is not super durable. It leaves behind fibers on the record, which kind of defeats the purpose of cleaning. With a better quality felt that doesn't shed, this could be a much better product.

Safely removes liquid from a record surface
I purchased this product to deep-clean some records I found second-hand. The product does ok, but the DIY spindle/turntable is up to you to make to spec. It works alright. There is however a smell to the vinyl after the cleaning solution is used. It’s not unpleasant, but you will DEFINITELY have a scent on the records. It smells kind of like dog shampoo when you remove the record from it’s sleeve. I don’t know what’s in the concentrate, but it’s not scent free.

Turned a G+ into a NM!
Well, this thing can pull some miracles. I bought an original Miles Davis Kind of Blue that had serious water damage and mold / mildew. It had been VPI cleaned but didn’t really do the trick. Tried the vinyl vac with the solution and painter edger, scrubbed like a madman and did this a couple times. The vinyl vac turned a G+ record into a NM! The entire record collection has now received the treatment during the COVID pandemic, and so glad there is a simple cost effective way to clean records. Now, this thing can’t fix groove damage / deep scratches, but what it can do is clean out the grooves and make details come out of your records that you’ve never heard before with little to no surface noise. Those thrift store finds will live on as long as I’m able to spin them!
