This is not a bulk bag!
Great depth of flavor. Slightly different flavor profile than a traditional American gingerbread. But, enjoyable for those looking to explore traditional German spices! FYI, this is NOT a bulk bag. Definitely missed the 0.5 OZ part on the item description and I laughed a little when unboxing. (My) Measurements: It’s about the height and width of a butter stick. As thick as a piece of cardboard.

Delicious, BUT...
You only get 6 teaspoons (1/2 ounce) - That is only enough for 1 recipe making this product is way too expensive.
