Though it was written some years ago, it remains one of the best books I’ve read on integrated health. I worked as a neuroendocrinoimmunology researcher and a sleep neurologist for many years, but a lot of the concepts introduced by Dr. Yang in this book are still eye-opening to me. The book is well-organized, concisely written, very easy to read, and conveyed so many points beneficial to personal health and harmonious survival of the human society. Outstanding guideline
I read the Chinese version. Though it was written some years ago, it remains one of the best books I’ve read on integrated health. why this series of ebooks doesn't support Kindle could reader:( Update: this is a really good and must read book. Too bad, it doesn’t have English version. However, more bad news to me. It doesn’t support 1st gen Paperwhite either. Amazon. It is completely unacceptable. If it can be fixed, I will buy whole series of ebooks.

False Advertising - There is no English version included
The Title and Details both say Chinese and English Edition, but it is only Chinese. I would like to read an English version, but I don't believe one exists, and if one does, this is not it.
