Work good but really disappointed in the fact that I could only order 2 sets at a time. Is there a shortage on these or what? Makes it difficult to start files for new year.

These arrived today (on time), great quality, easy to assemble. In place and sturdy. Exactly what I needed!

I suppose the fact that I own a filing cabinet that needs this item is telling. Regardless, this product does the job. It’s a little tricky putting the frames together. The pieces are long and thin and wobbly as a result. Long and thin does not mean cheap. The metal pieces are sturdy. Having another set of hands would make the process that much quicker, but it is doable alone. At a minimum, you will need a flathead screwdriver (or a butter knife, or letter opener) and a pair of heavy duty pliers. You will also need some strength in your hands in order to break off the main brace piece if it is too long for your drawer. (I had to get some help.) Luckily, those pieces are pre-indented in order to make adjustment easier. You will also need to be able to wash/wipe off your hands as the metal pieces are a bit oily. Overall, this product is fine. It does its job and now that I have installed it into my filing cabinet drawers, I doubt I will ever give it another thought. That is nice to know. This is begrudgingly a win.

I rarely leave reviews but have to give a shout out to the maker of this product. I have purchased several brands of hanging file folder frames through the years. I wish I’d found these first. The materials are all steel and Made In USA. Particularly robust and sturdy are the heavy rails on which the file folders hang on. Nothing flimsy here; there is absolutely no bending or bowing with these! The only advice I would give is to use a vice, if you have one, to quickly bend back and forth and remove the excess length. I wish all products were this well made.

What can I say? They fit well in my file cabinet. They are durable steel. They haven't broke.
