I’ve been using Metamucil capsules for a while now, and I find them much easier to swallow compared to the powder form mixed with water. The capsules work well for improving digestive health and help with controlling cholesterol. Just make sure to drink plenty of water when taking them. My only complaint is that I wish the price was a bit more affordable.

These fiber pills are a normal size capsule with no unpleasant smell or taste. They are easy enough to swallow (don't get stuck in our throats) and my husband says they have improved his regularity. Nothing miraculous to report but extra fiber is usually a good thing, and we haven't had any negative side effects.
