Amazing Universal Adapter
It has good decent design with 2 usb ports but it supports slow charging you can charge your smart watch or BT speaker kind of things.It is 3 in 1 universal Adapter that will work on mainly all countries. Amazing product!
Amazing product from ceptics, the only issue i found after receiving the white colour is that, the white colour is in Matte , it is NOT SHINY. So it will get dirty easily. Try to order black one, rest is your choice. Overall i recommend this product, it will work globally!

Worst customer service policy and faulty product
Worst after sales service for the premium product bracket range. I recently had a faulty travel adapter from Ceptics and reached out for warranty service. While they did eventually provide an RMA number and return address after requesting a video of the issue, the overall experience was frustrating and disappointing.Despite the product being under warranty, Ceptics made it clear they would not cover shipping costs for the return — something most reputable companies handle as part of their customer service.This kind of service feels dismissive and inconvenient for customers who simply want a working product they already paid for. I expected better accountability and support. I won’t be buying from Ceptics again, and I’d advise others to consider brands with more customer-friendly warranty policies.

Adapter is worth it.
I got this for my visit to thailand and it was really helpful there. Now, when I am back in India, I can use this for charging my multiple devices at the same time, and even the speed of the charging is good
