Not sure if it is Hydrion original brand
I have been using Hydrion Quat test paper for many years but this one seem not to be the original one. I tried to measure 4th generation Quaternary ammonium at 800 ppm and there was no reading at all. I would not recommend this product.

Ad indicates you will get 10 items and I received 1 (See Ad Title) "Micro Essential Lab QC-1001 Plastic Hydrion High Range Quat Check Test Paper Dispenser, Single Roll, Food Service Test Strips, 0 - 1000 ppm (Case of 10)". Also not sure the product measures levels properly because it seems old.
