I bought this thing and the disk tray wouldn’t open, so I was working on troubleshooting the problem. Finally had the tray open, popped my game disk in, stupid thing doesn’t even read my disk. Popped the tray open one last time before the whole thing decided to just no longer work for me. Won’t turn on, nothing. Really sucks because it may not even be their fault, maybe something happened whilst being delivered, who knows, all I DO know is I received a faulty product. Update after 2 months: My folks managed to dredge up a 360 from storage, frankly we all forgot this thing even existed. She hasn’t seen the sun in well over a decade and is slathered in grime and dust. Works beautifully. Still upset about my $140 deadbox360, what even happened there, how does a neglected one work better than an “excellent” refurbished one.

Bought this model back in 2013 or so, preowned from GS. It has worked great until the other day, oddly enough the fan starting getting way to loud and sounded like it had/has a bad bearing. Sometimes it will work, but eventually just cranks right back up again. And runs far to hot. Ebay is horrible for consoles and all the GS models are sold out, even still you usually get junk from there these days. Smelly, dirty, marked up and really bad over all. So I came here saw this model, read about what they do to them, and took a chance. I'm glad I did, it showed up in less than 3 days, and does look flawless. Everything is nice and cleaned up, scuffs and scratches are barely noticeable even close us. Runs quiet and cool. Also the controller is like brand new. And I thought the one I had was in great shape. The one problem was the power supply (power brick), it was very loose around the whole case itself and rattles inside, but it was easily rectified by just using the one I have. I may ask if this company will send me another, but they are pretty easy to find anyway. If I wanted an extra. So hopefully mine will hold old. I have a series x, PS4 Pro, and a few other old systems but this is the only older one I use. It's great for obscure games that didn't cross over to Xbox One/Series X. I seem to be addicted to Wheel Of Fortune, since I've played it nearly every night since 2015. And I'm up to 57 million dollars! Didn't want to lose that!! ha. So I put in my old HDD and everything worked perfectly, easy transfer. Also I still love Tiger Woods Golf, old Forza 4, and some other good old games. So yes, imo the price is fine. Not sure what all the one star complaints are about. Especially when you really don't have a choice. And these are like new! But we'll see how it goes before I make that final call. Give it a few months. But as of now though, it's great!

Ok, so it's not 100% shiny and new but it's like 90% and that's good enough for me. It's refurbished but it's just like new. It started right up, came with an HDMI cable, cable for that big battery pack, power cable, and also no batteries for the 1 controller but it came with a a plug for the controller. My old 360 took a dump on me and I got this one. It was too much to fix. This worked out to be a great replacement. I bought the 2 year warranty as I do not know how long this will last. If anything all computers/electronics go bad within the first year. It did not come with instructions but that's ok I didn't need them. It has built in WiFi and that was a upgrade from my old 360. I'm going to attach the "memory pack" from my old 360 for more storage. I played Rainbow 6 Vegas 2 last night on it and it brought back some great memories from years ago. I keep the 360 in my room and I have an One S in the living room, both are for the kids when they come to visit. Over all I'm happy with my purchase and you will be too.

Product did not work out of the box. Between Youtube and ChatGpt. I was able get it to work. Had to pull the face plate off and reconnect the wiring for the touch ON button. Also would not open to accept disks. There is a small hole on the side of the console, so you can use a paper clip to open it. With this all said, im playing the Mass effect Trilogy. All on the same disk. So it works now, with some help and motivational support. I only need the one game to work for the next 200 + hours of game time Once going, its been fine. Already gave it a 10 hour test run. No problems

I bought this XBOX360 to replace the one I have which stopped reading discs. It arrived when it said it would. When I opened it and unwrapped the bubble wrap, I visually checked the condition. It looked almost new and came with everything it said it would. I even checked the ports for dirt and dust. Everything was clean. I have had it for a week and played it every day adding up to several hours. So far, it is working great. I am satisfied.

Llego mucho tiempo antes de lo esperado, perfectamente bien empacado, con todos sus accesorios, batalle mucho para incorporar el control inalambrico a la consola, pues no trae instrucciones de instalación, incluso llegué a pensar en que el control defectuoso, afortunadamente le terquee y pude instalarlo, y todo funciona perfectamente, gracias a Atención a clientes de Amazon fueron muy amables conmigo, pero pude resolver el problema 👍.
