This light weight massage stick has, in just a couple of days, managed to ease all sorts of painful muscles and joins, I have great hopes for it.

This is a great addition to a foam roller. Works really well on awkward to roll bits like your achilles/ calf area.It's a lot harder than I expected but I've found it needs to be.

All I can say is get one. Really simple but really useful and in my opinion far better than rolling on a foam roller....

After two weeks of daily use, twice a day for about a minute per leg (I keep it next to my bed) I recognize its benefits on my long distance runner legs, especially after the Sunday morning races.
