I got this for a MS SP3 and had 2 Acer V226WL with DP to DVI cables. Both ports on this hub worked because I could get one of the monitors to work at a time, but not both. I suspect, though that it is because the hub isn't powered and with the DP to DVI conversion a powered hub is required. I don't know for sure, but that's where I'm at in this process. Admittedly, it could be because I'm using outside of it's recommended use. Disclaimer to anyone who is going to use this hub with DP to DVI cables on DVI input to monitors... I didn't get it working.

Hello. I purchased this product for my surface laptop, which has the 1.2 port. I also purchased the adapters today make the display port put into HDMI. When plugging in, my laptop only sees 1 external monitor and therefore I only get 1 addition screen instead of 2. The laptop shows screen 1 (laptop) and screen 2/3 (external TV). It does work, but not on both. Is there any way to tell if this is supposed to happen this way or should I be getting both external screens?I enjoy having the second screen and the product DOES work, just seemingly only 1 port is working possible.

I acquired the device based on the advertising that it allowed to extend the image of my Mac to two additional monitors and in fact it does, but the additional monitors reproduce the same image between them, in the end it is as if I only used two monitors 1 mi macbook pro 2 | 3 the extended one, where 2 | 3 reproduce exactly the same image, please tell me if someone has managed to extend the image to 2 additional independent monitors.

This connector worked for a few months and just gave out. The support team at mono price was a nightmare! They did not get back to my emails, asked for a ton of info just to not respond! YOU DO NOT WANT TO SHOP WITH THEM OR DEAL WITH THEIR SUPPORT TEAM! I highly suggest staying away as they are no help and the product doesn’t live up to the marketing.

Bought this hub for my wife's Surface Pro 3 just over a year ago. She uses it for accounting, and is able to have multiple worksheets open on different monitors at the same time. This is besides the display on her surface, so despite the small screen on the Surface, she has three extended screens to work from. The resolution is great! She is using it with a pair of 24" Viewsonic VG2439SMH monitors.I have not tried it with video to see how it handles motion. One day when I can get my hands on my wife's Surface, I will give it a try.

It's not powered which is nice, but read the details carefully. In order to use it as an extended display you need to cut your hz down to 30hz I have modern monitors that don't even know how to process that (display properties don't go below 59hz), so you have to read the fine print here.

I bought this display port less than a year ago. Pretty soon after I bought it, I began having issues: the connection was often unstable resulting in my monitor going black, and requiring me to reconnect. Now, the display port doesn't work at all. Overall, not a good product, and wouldn't buy again.

Rugged construction and tight connections make for good stable screen quality

Worked find for a few weeks, although even a slight movement of the laptop would cause issues. Then died and I can't return it for a poor quality product.

Macbook pro mid 2012. Dont work in this model. Instead of 2 different screens, I could only have 2 mirrored screens. I put 3 stars as quality of the product and presentation was good but unfortunately not working for my laptop.
