Being someone who is constantly looking to lose a few pounds, I felt compelled to leave an honest review. If you are going to count on them to fully curb your appetite- don’t. They only work when combined with a low carb diet and workout schedule. They will moderately curb your appetite by about 20-30%. They also work better after consistent use I personally started to feel less hungry after a week of taking them twice a day. They will mess up your sleep cycle as there is caffeine in them and you will eventually have sleepless nights. However main purpose that they Served for me was that after two weeks I didn’t feel as hungry and started eating much less portions.They’re not miracle but they’re a moderate help

I'm a 70 year old female. This product really works for those who want their healthy body back or are trying to loose some pounds. Works great. I did not experience any side effects. Went from a size 16/18 to a size 6/8. Used with intermittent fasting. It's not a miracle pill! It's the real deal. No real excersise, just staying active. No change in weight with decrease diet and exercise

I was pleasantly surprised with this product. I have been doing Keto for about a month (eating less than 30 net carbs per day) and was still having difficulty loosing weight. I am trying to loose my last 10 pounds, which I know can be a challenge. With this product I have lost about 1.5 pounds over the last 7 days. That doesn't sound like a lot but trust me, for me its a huge improvement. This product greatly increased my level of focus as well. I've been working from home for several weeks and definitely noticed I'm able to pay attention for longer periods of time. I normally eat around 10:30am, have a small lunch around 3pm and a light dinner at 7:30pm and don't get very hungry in between meals. In addition, the ingredients are natural, which is a huge plus. It has not impacted my sleep at all. Truthfully, I didn't have high expectations of this product and was extremely pleased with the results so far. I will be using this long term.
