Bought for my 4yr old as he is absolutely obsessed with the solar system! We sat and tried the rocket activity first.. It was a complete flop if I'm honest. The "canister" is way too short, the red paper rocket section wasn't anywhere near wide enough to wrap around the canister, and the yellow flaps/wings on the rocket weren't in my pack. The other activities were great though. We particularly enjoyed making the solar system mobile. My son, with only a little help tying the knots/cutting tape done most of it himself 😃 It is a fab learning tool and great to spend some fun one-one-one time together. My 13yr old son, who also loves the solar system, helped with some of the activities too. Great family fun!

I purchased this item for my grandson for Easter holiday that make him to explore the world wide. And he likes it.

I bought this on a whim as I needed some crafts to entertain my 6 year old. So far we have done the mobile (yes Pluto is a dwarf planet but they point that out), the rocket (the whole family loved that one) and played the game (my daughter’s new favourite pastime). Everything has been a hit! The crafts are of great quality and my child loves doing them with a little help from me. Highly recommended! I’m already looking at the other ones from this company- great to know you are supporting a good cause when buying from them as stated in their description.

It was a very good fit for my 5yo who is obsessed with anything space! Everything is quite simple, but that is great for children. The board game is a nice thick cardboard. The favourites so far were the mobile and THE ROCKET! We used the alka seltzer and water, and it was great fun! Love all the cards with instructions for every project. The only thing left to do for us is "lace the constellations" which I assume will be good for fine motor skills.

My seven-year-old LOVED this set. The colourful planets and kaleidoscope were the most enjoyable parts. The board game reinforced all the keys facts of the planets she had learned, and she took great pleasure in reciting facts and order of the planets. She enjoyed it so much she asked for another. Unfortunately jackinthebox do no other STEM style activity box which is a real disappointment.

Everything looks great but there are no instructions. At least, my box didn’t have any. It’s a shame :(

This is one of the best gifts I've ever bought. My son is special needs. Most times we're lucky to get one good item & one so-so item out of boxes like this. But we could use every one of the included items. Everything was good quality and performed even better than described. We used the rocket repeatedly. It was perfect to shoot up but not so much so we needed a huge field to set it off. It's perfect for the front yard. The kaleidoscope turned out wonderful as well. Cannot say enough good things about this product. I was highly impressed. It's great for kids of all abilities.
