It do the job but it's not that wide as it should if you are thinking about the one Arnold used in the good old days

It's okay, but the straps tend to loosen on their own while training with this.

Came with no scratches. I don't have any experience with other arm blasters or bicep blasters, but this one seems very well made. Would prefer better harness for almost $40. Maybe included optional padding, too. The included pad is nice, but will most likely rip off.

Great arm blaster , helps you get an awesome bicep pump , you can't cheat on bicep curls it is all bicep movement . You may have to go lighter on curls but you really feel it .
