He had a TKD kick to the knee, the Doctor has described as similar to a football injury when one is hit with a helmet to the knee when tackled. He has been wearing a support on it for over a year. I noticed after 2 weeks of using this, he no longer was wearing the support and had no complaints. I had broken 4/5 metatarsal bones in my foot, tripping over one of his size 13 shoes in the middle of the night. Though that injury healed, the pain at ties is extremely uncomfortable to say the least. The pain had truly lessoned and it has helped with my sleep deprivation(the original reason I had ordered these). The liquid/gel cap works better for me, than powder. These are rather pricy considering we are both going to use them, so I have ground another gel cap through a different source. Having used these so successfully gives me an idea of how well the new ones should work. I would have never changed if it was just me using them, but now that we have had success, I intend to encourage my husband to use these.
