This helps with my son’s eczema. What is painful is having to be at the mercy of these sellers. I originally paid $39.99 for this and now I have to pay $60. It’s sad how they gauge you because they see how often you have to purchase it. My son has no health insurance and he has acute eczema. It is extremely costly and people don’t have a conscious.

This cream helps us a lot with atopic dermatitis and dry skin. I recommend it.

Great for lichen schlerosus, comes in a massive tub and is ounce for ounce so much cheaper than Aquaphor

I originally found this at a chemist in Ireland and was lucky enough to find it on Amazon. We use this on the back of my daughter‘s legs for her eczema. It is the only thing that does not burn her and helps, heal the dry spots in my opinion way better than Aquaphor

Nice product large amount and not too greasy but it does build up on your skin

I have been using this product for twenty-five years ever since I was introduced to it by a friend from England. I use it on my legs, feet, arms and hands and anywhere else I have dry skin at least twice a day. In the winter I put it on my face before going outdoors. I always take a small container of it when I travel. It has no odor which I also like.

I love Epaderm and have been using it for many years. I'm absolutely thrilled I can find it on Amazon. Thanks Amazon for making it available...and such a nice large container of the product; I am truly happy to get it and for the timely delivery.

Amazing product for my son’s eczema. It’s a little like Vaseline but it absorbs and softens the skin very well. It has helped my son keep his eczema u dear control during the dry winter
