It wasn't as humane as I would have liked though. If you do use it for hunting I would recommend pointed pellets because hollow points didnt penetrate deep enough to do much damage. I shot it in the head a few times and ended up having to finish it off with my rifle.. **Q: Who dose this actually shoot pellets** A: It shoots any pellet that fits into the rotary clip so long as it isnt too long. Red fire is too long of a pellet for this, but crosman destroyers and pba pellets shoot great from it. **Q: Is this bone collector green and have the bone collector emblem on the side of it?** A: Yes it is bone collector green and yes it fits have the bone collector emblem on the side of it. This is a great air gun it is very powerful. Just the sight of it would confuse a would be attacker into thinking it may be a real gun. A word of caution this gun is very powerful for being an air gun. I have taken squirrel, rabbit and small game with this gun. Very powerful and reliable for the price. **Q: what kind of velocity does it have?** A: Not good . Very disappointed in the gun . Does not shoot accurate and only the 1st few shots come out of the gun strong .
