10K, what a beast, well made, easy to assemble and charge, robust.
This unit is expensive agree, but it will definety get the job done. I have a new boat with tandem axel coming and can't wait to use it. I was going to go with the 5K unit but decided on the 10K and glad I did. I would have been on the higher end of the 5K units capacity and didn't want to take a chance. This unit is very robust, well made and good quality. It will get the job done for sure. In reading the reviews many people complain about the unit tipping, dropping the trailer and whatnot. I am here to say they obiviously did not follow the directions. There is no way this unit could tip or drop the trailer if you follow the directions. This unit will activate the brakes on your trailer if you have breaks which is super cool safety feature. I will update once I get my boat and use it for the first time.

Worked Perfectly and Saved My Business
I bought a food trailer 5 years ago that's been permanently parked at a resort off of Tampa Bay. It basically contains the entire kitchen for our little poolside open-air bar and grill. It was only a matter of time before a Hurricane would head our way and I would have to tow it away from the water. Not as easy at it sounds. It sits in a tight spot and it has to be backed out carefully without being hitched to a car. The previous owner had to move it once and used a Bobcat to back it out. I saw this Park-it 360 and kept it book marked for a year. We got notice 2 weeks ago that a storm could come our way. I waited until the last minute and ordered this. It was delivered on Monday and I had to move the trailer on Tuesday. I had no idea what the trailer weighed or if it would work. It worked!!! Better than I thought. I was easily able to move the trailer out of the tight spot so I could hook it up to a truck. Then returned it a few days later and squeezed it right back in. VERY easy to use. It's expensive, but so worth it in my case. I now have it and know I can move it in a pinch without any issues. Great stress off my mind.

I wish I had purchased the more expensive product
This product works, but it can be a challenge if you are not big enough or strong enough to weigh down the handle when it starts to lift into the air when you hit the power button....dropping your trailer tongue to the ground can be a disaster. THIS PRODUCT DOES NOT WORK ON GRAVEL.

A little on the heavy side, but it works
I bought this to move a small fishing boat that I have and my 24 foot RV I thought I could use it to move them around. Hit move the boat with little or no effort, but when I put it on the tongue on my trailer, it was a little bit on the heavy side The park at 360 one of the tilt downward with me having to pull the handle down to keep an eye on the ground I wish they would make a third wheel that would be great.

Made moving our RV away from our fence a breeze!
We purchased a new RV and it's longer than our last one. Our RV access is narrow and on the side of our house. We could not maneuver the trailer away from the fence enough to put the stairs down using our truck. We purchased this on a Sunday, and it arrived the following day, Memorial Day. (Gotta love Amazon!) This product is fantastic! Works as described. We also used it to move our neighbor's boat and had zero issues.

Worth the money
I was hesitant because of the cost but compared to tearing up the yard with the tow vehicle, the Dolly won out. The Dolly moves a 6,000 lb. travel trailer with no problem, even on a slight grade. The automatic brake engagement takes the worry out of stopping. It will take a little practice to get used to using the Dolly because every tow might be different weight and turning radius. It rolls very easily when the clutch is disengaged, and while other makes may have outrigger wheels, I don't really see a need for them, and they would probably be in the way for maneuvering and storage.

Works as advertised.
Works as described. Note that the manual indicates maximum 6% grade. Any more and the tires begin to slip.

Not useful, waste of money big time
Complicated to attach to balls. Need to watch the video because instruction didn't suffice. I am trying to sell this. It is a major disappointment. You can't roll this up to a trailer and tow it. You have to attach the ball to the trailer hitch then try to align it to the hole on the dolly. Alternately trying to line up the dolly with the jack post is worse. First you have to jack the trailer up high enough to clear the dolly then guide the post into the dolly hole. The dolly is heavy and awkward to move around. The dolly has no rear wheel to support the weight of the dolly so moving it around is hard to do. Overall, totally a unless buy.
